    From the possession of accused Mohammad Abid, 01 piece of country katta and cash amount of Rs.30000 was found in loot and from the possession of advocate Ahmed, cash amount of Rs.20000 and 01 piece of mobile worth Rs.10000 and Jupiter scooty used in the incident worth Rs.35000 were found. Action was taken against the accused under crime number 91/23 section 342, 397, 450 Bhadvi, 25, 27 Arms Act in police station Bagbahra by seizing total Jumla worth Rs.95000.

For this, 4 lakh 74 thousand 642 cash was withdrawn by authorizing the casual worker Deepak Tandon.

    In view of the seriousness of the case, the Dhamtari Forest Divisional Forest Officer has recommended immediate suspension of Mahadev Kannauje, Deputy Forest Range Officer (in-charge, Dhamtari) on June 30. Under Rule 9 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules 1966, Mahadev Kannauje, Deputy Forest Ranger, Range Officer in-charge Dhamtari, Forest Division Dhamtari is suspended with immediate effect.
