    Balod. The couple has died due to house collapse in Balod’s Sirpur. The case is of Deori police station area. It is being told that due to incessant rains, the foundation of the house became weak and it collapsed. At the time when this incident happened, the husband and wife were sleeping inside the house. The debris of the house fell on them while sleeping. Due to which He could not even ask for help from anyone. In this incident both died on the spot. As it was midnight, no one came to know about the accident. The next morning, when the villagers saw the damaged house, they found both of them buried under the debris.

    The couple who died in Sirpur. His house has been built under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. But he was living in his old house only. The son of the couple was sleeping in the new house. On the other hand, the walls of the house where this incident took place were made of mud. While the roof was made of heavy wooden bats, tile and plastic. Due to the continuous rains, the mud walls started getting wet. At midnight when it rained heavily. The mud and brick wall could not take the load of the roof and fell heavily. Both the husband and wife remained buried under the wall throughout the night. The next morning the villagers came to know about the accident. Later, the villagers informed the son who was sleeping some distance away from the house. After which the last rites of the couple were performed.

Disclosing the matter, the police said that on receiving information about the murder of a woman in village Jhurhatola Maraipara, for verifying the information, reached village Jhurhatola Maraipara and verified the information, where Basantin Bai Taram husband Late Sonau Ram Taram, age 70 years, address Jhurhatola Maraipara police station Daundi district Balod found murdered by an unknown person in the courtyard of his house on the spot itself applicant Haldhar Ram Taram father late Sonau Ram Taram age 43 years address Jhurhatola Maraipara police station Daundi district Balod on the report of the incident The pastoral offense was established and the investigation was taken into action. In which the applicant told that he lives in village Jhurhatola Awaspara, has studied till class VII, the applicant has three brothers and two sisters. The sisters have got married.

    After marriage, the applicant lives in a separate residence with his wife and children. The applicant’s mother Basantin Bai Taram was living with the applicant’s middle brother Lekhram Taram in the old house Maraipara. The applicant had gone to work on June 22 at around 08:30 am. The applicant’s middle brother Lekhram Taram also went to Bhanupratappur at around 07 in the morning to work. At around 03:00 pm, the applicant’s nephew Avan Taram called and told that grandmother Basantin Bai had died. On being told to come home immediately, the applicant immediately came to his house at Maraipara Jhurhatola and saw that the people of the village had gathered near the house. When the applicant asked the neighbours, they told that your mother Basantin Bai was lying dead in the courtyard] When the applicant tried to go inside the house, the door of the applicant’s mother’s house was closed from inside. Going inside the house in the courtyard, the applicant’s mother was lying dead in the courtyard. There were injury marks on the neck of the applicant’s mother with a sharp weapon and the head was torn by hitting it with a solid object and crushing it, due to which a lot of blood was spread on the ground near the neck and head. The mother of the applicant had died on the spot itself. Some unknown person assaulted the mother of the applicant by inflicting serious injuries on her neck with a sharp weapon and killing her by inflicting serious injuries on her head with a solid object. On the report, crime no. 154/23 Section 302 Bhadvi was registered against the accused and taken into deliberation proceedings. During investigation, suspected accused Damendra Kumar Dhalania, father Chandrashekhar Dhalania, age 26 years, address, Jhurhatola, was taken into custody on information that he was hiding near the pond towards Kusumaksa railway station. On interrogation, the accused confessed to committing the crime with the deceased. Used in the murder. After seizing briquettes and sharp knife, the accused was arrested and produced before the Hon’ble Court and detained on judicial remand.

    Balod. A big news has come out from Balod district of Chhattisgarh. Balod’s Rural Agriculture Extension Officer Harsh Kumar has been suspended. On the other hand, a show cause notice was issued to Senior Agriculture Development Officer KR Pisda. According to the information received, this action was taken due to negligence in the work of Godhan Nyaya Yojana. Tell that the CEO District Panchayat Dr. Renuka Srivastava took action.

    Actually, the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat, Dr. Renuka Srivastava has suspended Rural Agriculture Extension Officer of Barhi area of Balod block of the district and Harsh Kumar Sonkar, nodal officer of Barhi and Sankara Gauthan, with immediate effect for negligence in the work of the state government’s ambitious Godhan Nyaya Yojana.

    Dr. Srivastava said that cattle rearers of dependent village Kande of Gram Panchayat Barhi have not been registered and purchased cow dung in the Godhan Nyaya Yojana and on June 19, 70 kg cow dung has been purchased in the online portal without registering 05 cattle rearers and purchasing cow dung. He told that during the inspection of Sankra Gauthan by Collector Kuldeep Sharma on June 21, the sale amount of 60 quintal cow dung of cow dung seller Renu Taram was found undelivered, which is serious negligence towards his work.

    Balod. On receiving complaint of transaction for admission in Swami Atmanand Government Excellent English Medium School, the servant of the school has been dismissed. The Collector had received complaints regarding taking money from parents by Mohit Kumar Dhankar (servant), a contractual employee of the institution, in the name of getting admission in various classes in session 2023-24 at Swami Atmanand Excellent English Medium School, Daundi.

    The Collector formed a two-member committee and got it investigated and after giving notice to the principal of the school and Mohit Kumar Dhankar, got their statement recorded. Mohit Kumar Dhankar in his statement made yesterday on June 20 accepted the point of collecting the amount from the parents. After which the inquiry committee submitted its report to the higher authorities. After receiving the inquiry report, on the instructions of the Collector, District Education Officer Mohit Kumar Dhankar has dismissed him from service, finding it contrary to the sub-rules of Rule 2 General (1) of the Chhattisgarh Civil Service Conduct Rules, 1965.

    Rapid action against liquor smugglers, seized a large amount of country made pauwa

    Balod. The police has taken swift action against the liquor smugglers. In fact, under the direction of Superintendent of Police Dr. Jitendra Kumar Yadav, under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Harish Rathore and under the supervision of Police Sub-Divisional Officer Prateek Chaturvedi, a special team was prepared for quick action on illegal gambling, betting and liquor spreading in the district.

    On which the accused Deepak Kumar Jeevan Lal Sahu age 32 years, near the village Aura Bhatha canal drain of police station Balod area, through communication by cyber cell Balod and the team of Balod by placing an ambush in police station Balod area, address – Hirapur Balod illegally. Madira plane Pauwa was carrying 134 nos. of blue colored Rajshree bag which was intercepted by the team. Action was taken against the accused under Crime No-272/2023 Section-34 (2) Excise Act in Police Station Balod.

    From the possession of the accused, 134 pieces of country plain liquor, pauwa worth Rs.10720, 01 piece of motor cycle, total jumla worth Rs.25720 have been seized. In the past, the accused Deepak Kumar Sahu was also transporting a total of 250 pieces of Pauwa country plane in a two-wheeler near village Kusumaksa country liquor shop of police station Rajhara area, which was caught under siege. The two-wheeler used in the incident was seized and action was taken against the accused in Police Station Rajhara under Crime No. 63/2023 Section-34(2).

Cyber cell team Balod recovered the lost mobile from village Konhgatola after seeing the location through Find My Device mobile app in a very short time and handed it over to the mobile owner applicant Sudha Thakur resident Nayapara. After getting her mobile back, the applicant expressed her happiness and thanked the Balod police.

On which the team of Cyber Cell and Rajhara has arrested the accused Tarun Ganir near village Karutola. 50 foreign and 150 country-made plane pauvas have been seized from the possession of the accused. Action was taken against the accused under Crime No. 211/2023 Section-34 (2) of the Excise Act in Police Station Rajhara.
