    Balrampur. The police team got success in the kidnapping of a minor girl on June 12 from Ganesh Mod area of Balrampur district. The victim has been recovered by the police team from Ambikapur today and the accused has also been arrested. In the case, the police team has started action against the accused under the POCSO Act including kidnapping and rape.

    It is being told that the victim had come to her brother-in-law’s house for a guest. On the night of June 12, when she went out for defecation, the accused, who was already present outside her house, abducted the victim and took her with him. Here the relatives were continuously searching for him, but he could not be found anywhere.

    After registering the report in the matter, the police team started tracing and with the help of cyber cell today recovered the victim from Ambikapur and arrested the accused. The victim told the police that the accused was continuously threatening and assaulting her and also carrying out the incident of rape with her, the whole case has started taking action.

The police team has arrested the lover of the deceased in the case. The accused had executed this incident of murder in the affair of one-sided love and had fled leaving the dead body there. The name of the deceased was Saraswati Gond and she was a resident of Gram Panchayat Bhulsi Kala.

    On June 2, she had left her house without informing and called her boyfriend on the phone, whom she had been in love with since school days. The deceased had called her boyfriend to meet her in the forest and told him that she was in love with him since school days and that she could not live without him. She wanted to live with him in his house, but accused Pradeep Yadav did not love Saraswati. He said that he would not keep her with him. Saraswati, on the other hand, was deeply in love with Pradeep and when he refused to keep her, she followed him home. Angered by this, the accused first assaulted him and then brutally killed him by crushing his head with a stone.

    The Kusmi police received information about the body of an unknown girl being found in the forest and this created a sensation in the area. The police team first identified the deceased and then registered a prima facie case of murder and started searching for the accused. The forensic team also reached the spot, the police team identified the girl on the basis of cyber cell and mobile call, then on the basis of that the police investigation proceeded. The police had interrogated three-four suspects in custody in the case. In such a situation, Pradeep Yadav had a lot of talk on the phone of the deceased. When the police interrogated him, he accepted his crime and informed the police about the whole incident. Police has solved this murder case within 4 days. Saraswati did not know when the identity of the school turned into immense love and she had considered Pradeep as her husband, but little did she know that she would have to pay the price of true love by losing her life.

The top of the vehicle had jackfruit but the bottom had 20 wooden blocks. The police have arrested a smuggler in the case by laying siege. The pickup vehicle used in smuggling has also been seized by the police. The arrested accused has been sent to the court on judicial remand. At the same time, the second accused has escaped through the forest. The police is on the lookout for the second accused. Along with this, the Chando police is taking further action in the matter.
