Apart from this, one person has died in Kusmi area in Basantpur. In Shardapur, lightning struck a tree situated in the middle of the village and the entire tree was burnt to ashes in no time. The tree withstood all the power of celestial lightning on itself. Due to this there was no loss of life in the village, but people have recorded the video of the burning tree in their cameras and now it is also going viral.

    In Madhya Pradesh’s Hata also, a person died due to lightning. It is being told that the deceased was standing under a mango tree in the field to avoid the rain, when suddenly lightning struck the tree, due to which he died. On information, Gasabad police station reached the spot. After Panchnama proceedings, the body was removed and sent to the Civil Hospital for PM. Relatives say that the deceased used to guard the mango tree in the field. When he did not come home till late night, on searching, he was found dead under a tree.

Section 34(1) of the Excise Act by confiscating 3 liters of Mahua liquor from Shanti Yadav of village Kandakhas, 4 liters from Mahendra Ram, resident of ward no. ) has been established.

Section 34(1)(a) 36 of the Act has been laid down. A case has been prepared against all the accused under the Excise Act and presented in the court for challan.

Most of the population of the district is living in rural areas only. Elephants reach settlements in search of food, causing conflict between humans and wildlife.

    Local villagers informed the forest department about the sighting of an elephant on the way from Aragahi to Purushottampur, after which the forest department team reached the spot and somehow chased the elephant towards the forest in the night. This elephant turns towards the village in search of food at night. Coming to the village, this elephant is harming the crops of the farmers.
