Farmers need 52 thousand metric tonnes of fertilizers this time, but this time only 25 thousand 214 metric tonnes of fertilizers have been distributed. Farmers are forced to buy fertilizers from the market after the employees of the cooperative society went on strike.

    Actually, this whole matter is of Padkidih of Bemetara. In Padkidih, a woman died after coming in contact with an electric wire adjacent to the ground. Woman incident: The woman was going to the farm on Friday at 12 noon. That’s why she got scorched after coming in the grip of an electric wire hanging 3 feet below in the field. The woman died on the spot. The name of the deceased is being told as Lakshmi Bai Sahu (26).

    After the incident, the relatives and villagers expressed their displeasure towards the electricity department. The villagers blocked the Nawagarh Bemetara main road in protest. Seeing the incident, Bemetara’s SDM Suruchi Singh, electricity company officials and police officers reached the spot. The dead body has been handed over to the relatives after post mortem.

    According to information, nephew Kapil Turkane attacked his aunt Bhaga Bai (66 years) with a sword in village Pendrikala on May 29. The woman was injured after being attacked on the throat, however, timely treatment saved her life. After this the accused fled from the spot. After this, the family lodged a case in the police station. The police arrested the accused and presented him in the court on Tuesday, 30 May, from where he was sent to jail.

    Station Khamaria in-charge Pushpendra Bhatt told that there was a mutual enmity between the aunt and nephew. In fact, the family in which the daughter of the accused Kapil was married, was harassing her a lot and used to send her to her maternal home again and again. In such a situation, the aunt had mediated between her nephew’s daughter and her in-laws, whereas the accused did not want to do so. He did not want the daughter to live in such a house where she is tortured. Here, even after the mediation, the daughter of the accused continued to be harassed by her in-laws and left her at her maternal house.

Actually, Constable Sandeep Sahu alleges that Bemetara MLA Ashish Chhabra had complained against him to the DGP. He was transferred after complaining. Sandeep has also alleged that after the complaint of the MLA, he was transferred without departmental inquiry, which is wrong. Now Sandeep has written a letter to the Governor regarding this whole matter and demanding that his transfer be canceled by saying it was wrong.

    In the letter written by Sandeep Sahu to the Governor, it was told that some time back action was taken by the Bemetara police against the illegal betting going on in the district. Many people had complaints about this action and because of this, angry people complained about constables and other police personnel to MLA Anand Chhabra.

    The MLA had also written a letter to the DGP recommending the transfer of SI Dhalsingh Sahu, Arvind Sharma ASI, Anupam Sharma Head Constable, Sandeep Sahu Constable, Jitendra Verma Constable, Nagesh Thakur Constable, Mahendra Sonwani Constable. After which all these policemen were transferred. Constable Sandeep Sahu, who was angry with the transfer without investigation, had also complained about it to the DGP. After no hearing here, a letter has been written to the Governor. Also demanded that if the transfer is not canceled within 20 days, he will commit self-immolation along with the entire family.

The accused currently resides in Saja’s Ward No. 13 Sinha Complex by taking a rented house. The victim said that the accused molested her on May 3 as well, but she ignored him, but again on May 24, he took her to the room and started molesting her.

    After that she left from there immediately. The victim informed about the incident to her family members. After this the matter reached Saja police station. Saja police station registered a case under section 354 against the accused and arrested him. After being produced in the court, the accused has been sent to jail in judicial custody.

After first aid there, he was admitted to the district hospital, where he died during treatment. How he died will be known only after the post-mortem.
