    Bilaspur. On the pretext of selling a house in Bilaspur, mother and son have cheated a businessman of one lakh 20 thousand. After cheating, he sold the house to another person. After knowing about the sale of the house, the aggrieved businessman lodged a complaint with the City Police Station.

    The whole matter pertains to City Kotwali police station area of Bilaspur. In the case, on June 9, the applicant has filed a complaint. According to the complaint, Narendra Gupta, a businessman living in Shriram Tower of Vyapar Vihar, wanted to buy a house in the name of his son. Meanwhile, he was identified with Soumyadeep Sharma, who lives in Nirala Nagar. Soumyadeep Sharma showed his house in Chilhati to the businessman. Soumyadeep talked about selling Chilhati’s house. Narendra Gupta liked the house.

    After liking the house, on 24 August 2022, Narendra Gupta gave Soumyadeep a check of Rs 70,000. Along with this, Narendra booked the house by paying 50 thousand rupees in cash. After this, at the behest of Soumyadeep and his mother Sandhya, Narendra reached the registration office on 23 November and 8 December 2022. However, mother and son did not reach there to register. When Narendra called and asked, both mother and son started procrastinating. Narendra had also kept ready a check for the remaining amount to buy the house. Meanwhile, Narendra got information that Soumyadeep and his mother had sold the house to someone else. After knowing about the sale of the house, Narendra lodged a complaint in the City Kotwali police station. After registering the complaint, the police is engaged in the investigation.

At around 11 am, both were returning home with an empty sack from the shop. Both were walking on the roadside. At the same time, a high speed uncontrolled SUV car hit Simran from behind, after which Simran fell off the road. At the same time, the car driver fled after the incident.

The student was murdered by the girlfriend’s first boyfriend along with three of his accomplices due to a triangular love affair. Yash Sahu was abducted by the accused from the coaching center and brought to a closed dhaba and was thrashed with belt, stick along with his two other friends. When he was half-dead, he was thrown in an auto near Gumber Chowk. Three accused including the main accused Rahul Namdev have been arrested by the police in the case. In fact, on June 6, between 3 to 4 pm, the dead body of a 20-year-old youth was found near Gumber Chowk in Sirgitti police station area. As soon as the news of the incident was received, SP Santosh Singh identified the dead body and arrested the accused.

    Police formed a special team and started investigating the matter. On the basis of the mobile number of the deceased, the deceased was identified as Yash Sahu alias Tinu father Rajesh Sahu, 20 years old, village Lakhanpur, district Surguja. At present, the deceased was studying in Delhi IAS coaching while living in Mangala Chowk, Bilaspur. The police scanned the CCTV cameras of the Coaching Institute located in Mangla Chowk, CCTVs installed in about 200 different places of the city. During this, the police came to know that the deceased had a love affair with a girl from Chakarbhatha area. Along with this, the same girl had a love affair with a young man named Rahul Namdev of Chakarbhatha. Rahul Namdev mostly used to come to see his girlfriend around the coaching institute.

    Meanwhile, Rahul comes to know that the girlfriend is also having an affair with Yash Sahu. After this information, the accused got angry and also warned the deceased Yash Sahu to stay away from his girlfriend. After this, on June 6, Rahul reached the coaching institute, where seeing Yash Sahu and his girlfriend together, he became enraged. A plan was made to kill Yash Sahu and teach him a lesson. As part of the planning itself, Rahul Namdev called Yash out of the coaching institute and took him to Chakarbhatha while beating him up in his scooty. Here, Rahul also called his other companions Vinay Sandilya, Umesh Verma to the dhaba with a stick. After this, the three together beat Yash mercilessly with sticks and belts. After that, the accused Rahul Namdev realized that Yash Sahu might die.

    Fearing that he would be caught by the police, Yash was taken half-dead in his scooty to Chakarbhatha High Court Mode. After this, he was sent in an auto and sent to the hospital. When the young man died on the way, the auto driver threw the dead body near Gumber Chowk, Sirgitti and ran away. The main accused in the case, Rahul Namdev along with his other accomplices Vinay Sandilya, Umesh Verma have confessed to the murder. All the accused have been caught under siege from different places. After seizing the belt, wooden stick used in the incident and the scooty and Maruti Brezza car used in the incident, all the three accused will be arrested for the crime of killing Yash Sahu and will be produced before the court on judicial remand.

Along with searching for online jobs, he uploaded his resume on the website, seeing which the thugs laid a trap and deposited money in different installments on the pretext of getting him a job in UCO Bank and Reliance Company. After cheating, the girl has complained to the police about cheating. The case is of Sakri police station area.

    Shweta Sahu (23), a resident of Gokuldham in Uslapur, is a PG student and is pursuing MA. He complained to the Sakri police station and told that on April 28, a call was received on his mobile from an unknown number. The caller claimed to be an employee of Sign.com and after seeing his resume, promised to get a job at a good place. After hearing about the job, the student showed interest, then calls kept coming from different numbers. During this, she was told about a job in UCO Bank or Reliance Company, for which the student agreed.

    As soon as the college student came in the trap of thugs. After this, from registration fees to joining letter, NOC, bank DD, account opening including different pretexts, deposited money in different bank accounts. Nothing happened regarding the job even after depositing more than five lakh rupees, then the student asked to refund the money. This time also the thugs tricked him and told that after getting the job and joining, the entire money will be refunded in his bank account. On this, the student trusted his words and deposited Rs 11 lakh 76 thousand in installments. Later on realizing the fraud, he asked for his money back. After this, in the name of refunding the money, the thugs asked her for more money, when upset, the student complained to the police, on which the police have registered a case of cheating under section 420.

    Koni police station in-charge Prasad Sinha of Bilaspur told that “Mohammad Arif’s father Ghulam Parukh, a resident of Golbazar of City Kotwali area, had filed a report on 16 September 2022. The complaint was that a person named Praveen Pal along with his other colleagues had entered village Ramtala. The government land located at P.H. No. 24 was described as private land, after which it was sold to the applicant after taking Rs 28 lakh from the applicant. Along with this, he has cheated him by getting the registry done.” Mo Arif had filed a report in Koni police station in the matter.

    In this case, after registering the crime, the Koni police station was investigating the case and was looking for the accused. Meanwhile, the Koni police received information from the informer on 29 May 2023 that Praveen Pal was at his Vivekananda Nagar Mopka house. On information, the police team raided the spot and caught Praveen Pal. When he was brought to the police station and interrogated, he confessed to having committed the crime along with his other accomplices. At the same time, he talked about getting a house in the name of his mother in Vivekananda Nagar with the amount received from his share.

    In the case, the police has arrested the accused Praveen Pal and informed his family. After which he was sent on judicial remand. At the same time, the other accused in the case are absconding, whose police is on the lookout.
