    Bilaspur. Due to derailment of goods train at Singhpur station yesterday morning on Bilaspur-Katni railway section of South East Central Railway, train operations on this route were affected due to blockade and on April 20, 2023 late night Trains have been operated on one line.

After passing the goods train on the railway track, as soon as the barrier was raised, suddenly its railing broke and fell down. People crossing the gate narrowly escaped in this accident. Had the barrier fallen on them, a big accident could have happened. The whole matter is of Tarbahar Gate. Actually, the Tarbahar railway gate is always closed, due to which there is a crowd of people passing through here. Goods trains pass in this outer line and the barrier opens when the train crosses. Like everyday, the gate was closed on Tuesday evening as well.

    During this, a goods train was passing from there, due to which there was a crowd of people to cross the track on both sides of the barrier. After passing the goods train, the barrier opened and went up. Meanwhile, people started crossing the track. Then suddenly the raised barrier started falling down after breaking, seeing which people left their vehicles and started running here and there. Because of this, there was chaos there. In no time, the barrier broke and fell down. However, no one got hurt in this accident. But, if the barrier had fallen on someone, a big accident could have happened.
