As part of the planning itself, Rahul Namdev called Yash out of the coaching institute and took him to Chakarbhatha while beating him up in his scooty. Here, Rahul also called his other companions Vinay Sandilya, Umesh Verma to the dhaba with a stick. After this, the three together beat Yash mercilessly with sticks and belts. After that, the accused Rahul Namdev realized that Yash Sahu might die.

    Fearing that he would be caught by the police, Yash was taken half-dead in his scooty to Chakarbhatha High Court Mode. After this, he was sent in an auto and sent to the hospital. When the young man died on the way, the auto driver threw the dead body near Gumber Chowk, Sirgitti and ran away. The main accused in the case, Rahul Namdev along with his other accomplices Vinay Sandilya, Umesh Verma have confessed to the murder.
