    Opposition parties meeting to make Congress free India, not BJP: Sushil Modi

    Patna (IANS) | Former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi has taken a dig at the meeting of opposition parties to be held on June 23 in Patna, the capital of Bihar. He said that this meeting of opposition parties is not being held to make India free from BJP, but to make India free from Congress. While discussing with journalists in Patna on Wednesday, he raised questions about the unity of the opposition parties in gestures. He said that the manner in which West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is giving statements that only TMC will contest elections in Bengal and not Congress. This clearly shows that this meeting is being held to make Congress free, not BJP free.

    He said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is saying that Congress should not contest elections in Delhi and Punjab. Similarly, KCR is saying that elections should not be contested in Telangana.

    Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi said that these regional parties are trying to make India free from Congress. He said that here former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav is saying that he will contest elections on 80 seats and Congress should help him. Now it is up to the Congress to decide whether it wants a Congress-free India or what it wants. Actually, the meeting to be held on June 23 is being held for a Congress-free India.

    It is noteworthy that a meeting of opposition parties has been called in Patna on June 23, in which leaders of more than 15 parties are likely to participate.

    CRPF jawan along with his girlfriend cut private parts with a knife

    Sukma/Bihar. A strange case has come to light in the capital Patna, where the girlfriend cut the private part of her lover CRPF jawan with a knife in a hotel located on Exhibition Road. The jawan’s private part has been cut by 60 percent and he has been admitted to PMCH. It is being told that both of them got married in the court two days back. As soon as the information about the case was received, the police arrested the girlfriend. The girlfriend is a resident of Darbhanga who was studying in Patna. While the jawan is a resident of Sitamarhi and is posted in Sukma of Chhattisgarh.

    Gandhi Maidan station in-charge Sunil Kumar Rajvanshi told that the jawan’s statement has been taken after going to PMCH. After getting the information of the incident, the relatives of the jawan have reached PMCH. He told that the jawan told in his statement that I am in love with him for three years. My marriage to another girl was fixed and was going to happen on 23rd June. Whose inkling became girlfriend. She called and said come to Patna or else I will die. The jawan told that after his threat, he reached Patna from Sukma on June 3 and stayed in a hotel. Then she started pressurizing me to marry her. She said that if I don’t get married, I will die. After which on 5th June we got married in the city court and both stayed in the hotel.

    There was a debate about ending the same relationship. The jawan told that both were in the hotel on Wednesday. He said break the marriage that has been fixed, if you don’t do this then I will kill you or give my life. Meanwhile, he took out a knife and cut the private part. After which he came downstairs shouting and informed the hotel staff. After which the staff called the police.

    SHO of Gandhi Maidan police station, Sunil Kumar Rajvanshi, who is probing the case, said that the condition of the victim’s youth remains serious. He is currently admitted, the 29-year-old victim has been identified. He is a resident of Sitamarhi and is a CRPF jawan. Presently he is posted in Sukma, Chhattisgarh. While the girl is a resident of Darbhanga, she lives and studies in Patna. The love affair is going on between the two for the last three years.
