    After taking stock of the main halts and accident-prone/sensitive places on the yatra route, the concerned departments were directed to rectify the arrangements there. District Magistrate Chamoli and Superintendent of Police Chamoli inspected the tourist police outposts, duty points, passenger registration centers etc. on the Chardham route and reviewed the accommodation and other arrangements of the employees there.

    During the inspection, appropriate guidelines were given by the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police to all the departments and agencies related to the yatra regarding smooth, safe and uninterrupted yatra.     The said 02-day training was inaugurated by Senior Superintendent of Police Shweta Choubey on 10.04.2023.
