Now the payment of the company has stopped, for which the cracks and potholes are being filled with chemicals.

    It is worth noting that the work on this road started on October 7, 2016 after the tender. The work was to be completed within the time limit of 2 years but could not be done. In the meanwhile 4 contractors were changed. First of all GVR company started, the company Delhi’s Parth company started work on the level of petty contractor after he gave up. Parth also could not work. A contractor from Surajpur started the work but that too failed. After all this, TBCL started the work. NH officials said that if the work is done, then we all will be acquitted. TBCL took advantage of the inaction of the NH officials and by doing sub-standard work, the work is still half-completed. The quality of the work done is low. Due to which there are big cracks and potholes on the road. The work of National Highway 43 was to be completed in June 23. But still 35 to 40 percent work has not been done.

    Maintenance is for 4 years, but after handover. No handover has happened yet. 30 years of drawing design. Sub Engineer Naveen Sinha said that solution chemicals are used as per the requirement. The NH is yet to be handed over. There is a maintenance time limit of 4 years after the hand over.

    Raipur. Along with malaria-free Chhattisgarh campaign, intensive leprosy campaign and National Netra Jyoti Abhiyan will also start in the state from June 15. In the eighth phase of malaria-free Chhattisgarh campaign, malaria screening will be done in 23 districts. During this, about 22 lakh people will be tested for malaria by the teams of the health department. National Netra Jyoti Abhiyan and Intensive Leprosy Search Campaign will also be jointly run in 146 development blocks of all 33 districts of the state. During this, patients suspected of leprosy will be identified and examined and treated. During the campaign, availability of proper treatment will be ensured by identifying eye patients.

    Director, Epidemic Control, Dr. Subhash Mishra said that the state government is constantly striving to achieve better targets in the direction of malaria control. To make the state malaria-free, the eighth phase of Malaria-free Chhattisgarh campaign is being started from June 15 to July 10, so that the target of complete malaria-free state can be achieved by taking malaria cases to the lowest level. This campaign will be conducted for 25 days in total 23 districts of the state including all the seven districts of Bastar division.

    Dr. Mishra said that in the eighth phase of malaria-free Chhattisgarh campaign, a target has been set for malaria screening of about 22 lakh people of the state. For this, 2854 teams have been formed across the state. 1539 teams have been formed in Malaria-affected Bastar division and 1315 in other 16 districts. During the campaign, teams will be active for the investigation and treatment of malaria under 274 primary health centers and 904 sub-health centers. During the campaign, the Health Department’s team and Mitanins will go door-to-door to check malaria.

    People will be motivated for regular use of mosquito nets by survey teams to prevent malaria. During this, BTI and burnt oil will also be sprayed in the water accumulated around the houses and in the drains in the villages. The Health Department team will also inquire about potential patients of leprosy and eye diseases in all the houses.

    A total of one crore 41 lakh malaria tests have been done in the first seven phases of malaria-free Chhattisgarh campaign. During this, one lakh 49 thousand patients found positive were provided immediate treatment. The Health Department team went door-to-door to 14 lakh 6 thousand in the first phase, 23 lakh 75 thousand in the second phase, 15 lakh 70 thousand in the third phase, 19 lakh 98 thousand in the fourth phase, 14 lakh 36 thousand in the fifth phase, In the first phase, 43 lakh 61 thousand people and in the seventh phase, nine lakh 34 thousand people have been tested for malaria. During this, 64 thousand 646 were found positive in the first phase, 30 thousand 076 in the second phase, 16 thousand 148 in the third phase, 11 thousand 363 in the fourth phase, 11 thousand 321 in the fifth phase, 7479 in the sixth phase and 7974 in the seventh phase. The victims were treated immediately.

    Under Malaria-free Chhattisgarh campaign, two lakh 87 thousand 567 in Bijapur district of Bastar division, two lakh 51 thousand 627 in Dantewada, 84 thousand 469 in Kanker, two lakh eight thousand 514 in Kondagaon, one lakh 52 thousand 552 in Narayanpur A target has been set to investigate three lakh 93 thousand 366 people in Bastar and two lakh 75 thousand 483 people in Sukma. Whereas 17 thousand 692 people in Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi, 52 thousand 985 in Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai, 71 thousand 283 in Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur, 11 thousand 635 in Sakti and 54 thousand 850 in Kabirdham district will be tested for malaria.

    Under the campaign, 55 thousand 980 in Balrampur-Ramanujganj district, 5535 in Durg, 10 thousand 716 in Bilaspur, 33 thousand 136 in Korba, 48 thousand 563 in Gariaband, 19 thousand 893 in Korea, 50 thousand 317 in Rajnandgaon, 33 thousand in Balod A target has been set to investigate 611 people, 27 thousand 955 in Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki, 12 thousand 742 in Surajpur and 79 thousand 110 in Jashpur.

Thousands of people had lost their hard-earned money by getting lured by high interest rates and doubling their money quickly. Now the smile has returned on the faces of those investors because the lost money of the investors is being recovered by attaching the properties of the cheating chit fund companies. After the formation of the new government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the government has completely banned the operation of chit fund companies in the state.

    The Chief Minister has returned the amount to the investors who had invested in chit fund companies during the program organized at different places. Chhattisgarh is the only state in the country which is getting back the investors’ money. An amount of Rs 33 crore 44 lakh 77 thousand 743 has been returned to the investors from the auction of chit fund companies. A total of 465 cases have been registered against 209 unregulated financial companies in Chhattisgarh. In 401 cases, challans have been prepared and presented in the honorable court. In 06 cases it has been finished and in 03 cases it has been rejected. 55 cases are under investigation in the police. A total of 690 directors and office bearers have been arrested in 465 cases registered. In 64 cases, an amount of Rs 55 crore 98 lakh 90 thousand 866 has been received through auction, recovery and resignation of properties of 37 companies.

    Status of applications received regarding chit fund

    A total of 25 lakh 68 thousand 05 applications have been submitted in the District Magistrate offices. Out of the applications received, a total of 4 lakh 54 thousand 324 applications have been rejected, the process of redressing the remaining 20 lakh 95 thousand 407 applications is under process.

    Victims Refund Status

    In 46 cases, an amount of Rs 33 crore 44 lakh 77 thousand 743 has been distributed to the investors from 38 companies. In 29 cases, an amount of Rs 22 crore 54 lakh 13 thousand 123 has been deposited in the government account from 21 companies, whose distribution is under process. In 31 cases, auction proceedings of 17 companies worth Rs 24 crore 82 lakh 30 thousand 233 are under process with the collectors after the final order of the court. In 95 cases, the final order for attachment of property worth Rs 80 crore 81 lakh 21 thousand 99 has been issued by the Hon’ble Court. In 137 cases, the estimated value of property worth Rs 678 crore 68 lakh 63 thousand 423 has been attached, out of which property worth Rs 116 crore 63 lakh 95 thousand 262 has been attached within the state and property worth Rs 562 crore 04 lakh 68 thousand 161 outside the state. Collectors are under process for interim orders. Similarly, in 51 cases, the estimated value of the identified property is Rs 138 crore 95 lakh 68 thousand 986, out of which Rs 107 crore 99 lakh 31 thousand 586 was sold within the state and Rs 30 crore 96 lakh 34 thousand 400 outside the state. The final order for attachment of the property is under process in the Hon’ble Court.
