Finally, when the hotel owner did not remove the hotel even after repeated notices, the revenue department and the police team took action to remove the encroachment.

    Tehsildar Aisi Yadav said that apart from hotel owner Kalam Sai, notices were also given to remove encroachments to Gumti operator Madan and barber Akhe Ram, who operate nearby. Of these three, Akhe Ram has removed his shop. Madan has been fined.

    Let me tell you, the case was going on in the court to remove the hotel operated on the government land. The last action called for the removal of the hotel. Despite this, the hotel owner did not remove it, then the Revenue Department started the proceedings. In this context, Tehsildar said that electricity connection was also connected illegally in the hotel. In respect of which the Electricity Department will take action for the fine. The Tehsildar said that apart from the adjacent community toilet, the passenger waiting room was also being affected by the operation of the hotel. Even after giving sufficient time, no action was taken regarding the removal of the encroachment, hence this action has been taken at the administrative level.

    Chief Minister sanctioned an amount of Rs. 5 crore for the renovation of the historical Prof. JN Pandey Government Excellent Hindi Medium School, and said that funds will never come in the way of making the temples of education strong, well-equipped and beautiful. Chief Minister said that he had sanctioned an amount of Rs 1200 crore in the budget for the renovation and repair of schools in the state and at present, renovation work of 23 thousand schools is in progress.

    On the occasion of Shala Praveshotsav, 4 thousand 3 hundred 18 kindergartens were virtually inaugurated under the second phase of Mukhyamantri Balwadi Yojana. But on Saturday morning, the speeding passenger bus lost its balance and collided with a roadside tree near Vikram turn.

Immediately 112 emergency service was contacted.

    After reaching the ambulance, Nilesh was immediately taken to the district hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead. According to doctors, Nilesh died due to lightning. Gaurela police reached the district hospital and sent the dead body for postmortem after conducting panchnama. Where after investigation the dead body was handed over to the relatives. Further action is going on in the matter.

    According to the information, the name of the deceased is Kailash Nag (45). Kailash was a resident of Ward-40 of Jagdalpur Municipal Corporation. Had dinner at home with my four kids on Thursday night. After which he himself went to sleep in his room after putting everyone to sleep. A son got up in the middle of the night and went to his father’s room. Kailash was seen hanging there. After which he informed his other brothers and neighbors about the matter.

    Neighbors informed the police. City police station personnel reached the spot. Who brought down the dead body. Then the dead body was sent to the hospital for postmortem. However, the reason why Kailash committed suicide is yet to be ascertained. The police have been involved in the investigation of the case.
