Yoga is the medium for the welfare of world humanity: CM Yogi
Gorakhpur (IANS) | UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that Yoga is a gift given by Indian Manisha for the welfare of world humanity. Derived from the Indian sage tradition, it is such a method that keeps both body and mind healthy. By accepting the importance of Yoga under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, today, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, about two hundred countries of the world are expressing their gratitude towards India’s sage tradition by joining various programs of Yoga. CM Yogi was addressing yoga practitioners, trainees before practicing yoga at Gorakhnath temple on Wednesday morning on the 9th International Yoga Day.
The Chief Minister congratulated the people of the State on International Yoga Day and thanked PM Modi for re-establishing the prestige of Yoga on the global stage.
During the program organized at Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Auditorium, he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave new inspiration to the people in the United Nations that if we really want to pave the way for world welfare, then only and only through yoga we can move forward. can increase. Yoga can become a medium in taking forward the path of world peace.
CM Yogi said that India did not become world guru just like that. Everything here is practical, already proven. And, yoga is also a part of the same tradition. The Chief Minister said that Yoga, the tradition of thousands of years of Indian wisdom, is a part of our heritage. We should feel proud of the legacy of Yoga.
In the last three-and-a-half years, the world was in the grip of the epidemic, in which the whole world was in the grip of Yogi, even during that Corona period, the Indian AYUSH method was getting the most demand in the world. Everyone accepted that Indian Ayush system can provide complete health.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that our tradition considers the body as a means of religion. ‘Body Medium Khalu Dharma Sadhanam’. A person from any field, whether he is a bureaucrat, an industrialist or a farmer-labourer, will be able to do his work well only when his body is healthy.
Explaining in detail the importance of various parts of yoga, CM Yogi said that the effect of corona on the people doing pranayam was minimal. In the second wave of Corona, the most effective was on the lungs. People were having trouble breathing. But corona could not touch the physically and mentally strong people through Pranayama, or even after getting infected, they recovered within a few days. The mortality rate among them was minimal.
The Chief Minister said that for a yogi, yoga is the way to enter the spiritual realm which leads to a wider dimension of consciousness. We can use a very small part of consciousness but its area is very wide.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that we generally give importance to Ashtanga Yoga in the Yoga tradition. In which Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi are different activities. There are different types of these genres which provide us all with the medium of physical and mental purification.
CM Yogi told that yoga gives relief from all vata-borne, cough-borne, bile-borne disorders. Along with explaining the importance of asanas and pranayama, he also discussed the purification of the nadis.
He said that there is a strange state of mind. The mind is the cause of both bondage and liberation of a person. A healthy mind is also necessary for a healthy body. A restless mind makes a person restless. Due to not being able to concentrate the mind, many people are unable to achieve success in life despite having talent. That’s why Yogasan gives the medium to control the mind’s instinct, which is fickle.
CM Yogi said that in today’s time you must be seeing what the situation is going on. Where the food and drink is wrong, one gets to see stress, blood pressure, sugar patients. After an age, people get into trouble regarding joints. Going to the world, the rate of diseases like sugar, BP etc. has reached 25 to 30 percent in many countries. A scary scene is in front of everyone. Because of keeping stress, you must have seen that in normal life you would get angry very quickly.
On International Yoga Day, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath saw and heard the live address of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the program organized at Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Auditorium of Gorakhnath Temple. After this he practiced yoga with the yoga practitioners and trainees present in the auditorium.
