    Renovation of schools will provide children with a better environment for learning

    Bilaspur. Chhattisgarh Government has launched the ‘Mukhyamantri School Jatan Yojana’ with the aim of developing high-quality infrastructure in schools across the state. Under this scheme, a total of 1365 schools in the district are currently undergoing renovations. This scheme, launched as per the directions of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, aims to create a better learning environment for children by improving the condition of these schools.

    With the guidance of Collector Shri Saurabh Kumar, the renovation work on school buildings is progressing steadily. The transformation of these 1365 schools is being carried out at a cost of Rs 74 crores, 74 lakhs, and 59 thousand. The renovation work includes roof repairs, wall painting, toilet refurbishment, and overall beautification. The school buildings are being painted using natural cow dung paint, making them visually attractive.

    The schools where the renovation work has been completed now have a completely new look. These schools will provide a conducive environment for students to learn. The villagers in the areas where the renovation work has been finished expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, stating that this scheme will improve school infrastructure and enable students to receive a quality education.

    Visakhapatnam: A children’s park at Srinivasanagar in 43rd ward got revamped with improved amenities.

    Inaugurating the facility in the presence of ward corporator P Ushasri, Visakhapatnam north constituency coordinator and state NEDCAP chairman KK Raju said the park would provide relief to the children in the area to relax and rewind after their school hours.

    He emphasised the need to take quality breaks from the busy hours and parks such as these would provide a platform for the children to rejuvenate themselves.

    The park dedicated to children has been modernised with a host of facilities at a cost of Rs.7 lakh.

    Later, a statue of Mahatma Gandhi was inaugurated at Raman Murthy Kalyanamandapam.

    Among others, EE Srinivas, AE Ramanamma, secretariat staff and members of the residential association participated in the inaugural of the park.
