    New Delhi (IANS). A woman has filed a complaint with the Delhi Police alleging mental and physical harassment by her husband. The woman claims that her husband is addicted to porn and forces her to have unnatural sex. An official provided this information on Wednesday.

    The matter came to light when a 30-year-old woman, a resident of East Rohtash Nagar, lodged a complaint with the Shahdara police station on Monday.

    In her complaint, she alleged dowry demand, mental and physical harassment against her husband and other members of his family, the senior police officer said. Apart from this, she also accused her husband that her husband is addicted to porn, and he also forces her to watch porn.

    The police have registered a case against the accused husband and family under relevant sections.

    The investigation into the matter is at an initial stage, the official said. Statements of witnesses are being recorded digitally and other evidence is being secured for further necessary action in the matter.

    Khurda: A girl’s body was found hanging under mysterious circumstances inside a guest house near Jatni Sitaram Chhak of Khurda today. The deceased has been identified as Rasmita Jena.

    As per reports, the girl along with a youth had checked in at Kanu Guest House yesterday. However, the youth reportedly left the lodge yesterday night while the girl’s body was found hanging.
    While the exact reason behind the girl taking the extreme step is yet to be known, a team of police reached the spot after getting information about the incident from the staff of the Guest House.

    Police rescued the body and sent it to the hospital for postmortem to ascertain what promoted the girl to end her life by hanging herself from a rope.

    Cops are also going through the registration of the guest house to get some lead about the youth who is still missing. He is said to be the resident of Jagatsinghpur.

    New Delhi (IANS). On suspicion of scrapping stolen cars, the Delhi Police has arrested four people in three separate raids who were running an illegal vehicle scrapping yard in Delhi’s Ranhola area.

    The accused were identified as Tarlochan (50), a resident of Tilak Nagar, Ramayan Yadav (59), a resident of Hari Nagar, Jasbir Singh (76), a resident of Paschim Vihar and Gurdeep Singh (39), a resident of Subhash Nagar.

    Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer) Harendra Singh said that on Friday, specific information was received about the location of stolen vehicles in Ranhola area.

    The DCP said, “Three separate raids were conducted in Chanchal Park and Baprola areas where it was found that many old vehicles were being scrapped with gas cutters and other cutting tools. permission was sought, but it was not available with them.”

    The official said information about the illegal scrapping yard has been shared with SDM Punjabi Bagh and the transport department.

    “Three separate FIRs have been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and all the four accused have been arrested,” the official said.

    “Further investigation into the matter is on. Efforts are being made to ascertain the condition of the motor vehicles/parts whether they were stolen or taken for scrapping and sold as spares,” the official said. Were.”

    The arrested accused were identified as Dharmendra Kumar (26) and Visheshwar Yadav (40), both residents of Chatra in Jharkhand.

    Special Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) HGS Dhaliwal said that on June 23, specific information was received that a person named Dharmendra along with another member of the cartel was in Sarai Kale Khan area to deliver a huge consignment of drugs to their associates in Delhi. Will come

    Acting on the information, a trap was laid in Sarai Kale Khan area and both were caught in a white Hyundai Creta. Special CP said that on checking, 1505 grams of good quality heroin and 2126 grams of tramadol powder were recovered from the car.

    During interrogation, the accused revealed that they had come to Delhi to supply heroin on the instructions of Dinesh Yadav, the kingpin of the network.

    It was further learned that all these Chatras are engaged in opium cultivation in remote areas of Jharkhand. They then manufactured heroin using chemicals available in the local markets, Dhaliwal said.

    The accused further stated that tramadol powder is added to heroin to increase its potency.

    Dhaliwal said, that after the heroin was prepared, Dinesh with the help of his associates used to sell it in different parts of the country including Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Delhi, NCR.

    Both the accused Dharmendra and Visheshwar have been involved in three drug trafficking cases earlier. The officer said that efforts are being made to nab the kingpin Dinesh.

    During interrogation, it was revealed that in the year 2008, Vikas along with his associates had beaten up Sajjauddin. After this he was thrown from the building, due to which he died.

    The Special CP said that though his associates Mahendra Singh, Surendra Saini and Tarun Bhalla were arrested in the case, he was absconding. The accused further stated that he was frequently changing his locations to evade his arrest.

    New Delhi (IANS) | The Delhi Police has arrested a man from Gujarat for duping over 70 people of Rs 64 lakh on the pretext of high return on investment. An official gave this information on Friday. The accused has been identified as Vikas Dattatreya Bhosale, a resident of Beed district in Maharashtra.

    Vikram Porwal, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Economic Offenses Wing, said a case was registered on the complaint of Vineet Tyagi and 71 others, in which the complainants had alleged against Bhosle, Manish and Renu that their property located in Nawada near Delhi’s Uttam Nagar In the company ND Enterprises, he was selling velvet pencil making machines and was offering people to invest in his scheme.

    In the above scheme, the company was providing machines and raw material like raw pencil, powder, glue, stand etc.

    The complainants said, the firm also promised to buy back the processed products from them through their owners and by assuring the complainants/investors to make a handsome return of more than 75 per cent on the money invested in a very short period of two-three days.     The complainants have invested a total of Rs 64 lakh in the company. The DCP said, however, that the alleged firm started delaying the supply of raw material and did not make timely payments to the victims. Later, the alleged persons closed their business and fled.

    During the investigation, the victims who lodged complaints against the accused persons/company were examined, who alleged that they were induced by the accused persons on the pretext of buy back scheme in January-February 2019.

    The DCP said, after a lot of efforts, the police team traced Bhosale’s address in Maharashtra’s Beed district. Later it was learned that the accused is in touch with his father, who is working in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Accordingly, a raid was conducted and he was arrested by the police team of EOW from Ahmedabad.

    The DCP said that the accused started a firm by the name of Valeto in July 2018 but the business did not succeed and he closed the said firm.

    Meanwhile, he came in contact with co-accused Manish and Deepak and started a new company by the name of ND Enterprises in Delhi’s Uttam Nagar, the officer said. He also employed some staff to collect the money and issue receipts. Later, when the business grew and many buyers came, he took money from them and suddenly closed the business on October 18, 2019 and ran away.

    Three more suspects arrested in Delhi University student murder case

    New Delhi (IANS) | Delhi Police has arrested three more suspects, including a juvenile, in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old Delhi University student on June 18. An official provided this information on Wednesday. The accused have been identified as Yash (18) and Talim (19), students of School of Open Learning, Aryabhatta College.

    The suspects were nabbed following raids in the national capital, the official said. Suspect Talim has claimed that he was not involved in stabbing Nikhil.

    Earlier, the police had arrested Rahul (19) of Bindapur and Haroon (19) of Janakpuri in connection with Nikhil’s murder.

    According to the officer, Rahul is also a BA first year student while Haroon is Rahul’s friend but has dropped out of school.

    We have also identified two more people involved in the incident, the official said.

    On Sunday, he received a call from the hospital about the stabbing incident. The caller informed the police that a student had been stabbed in the chest, he was brought to the hospital and doctors declared him brought dead.

    A team was sent and it was learned that Nikhil Chauhan (19), a resident of Paschim Vihar, was admitted, police said. He was brought from Aryabhatta College.

    On enquiry, police learned that Nikhil was a first year BA (Hons) Political Science student at SOL.

    Preliminary investigation has revealed that on June 11, Rahul, Yash and Raj Singh were with a girl in the canteen of Aryabhatta College, South Campus, when Bunty made a comment on them, following which a fight broke out.

    Meanwhile, Nikhil came there along with his girlfriend and intervened, said sources. During this his girlfriend was allegedly slapped by one of them.

    The Delhi Police has informed a court that it has recorded the statements of women wrestlers who accused Wrestling Federation of India President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh of sexual harassment.

    The police submitted a status report to the court, stating that the statements of all victims were recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The court directed the police to provide copies of the status report to the complainants upon request. The case has been listed for further hearing on June 27.The allegations of sexual harassment made against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the President of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI). Several women wrestlers, including a minor, have accused Singh of sexual exploitation. In response to these allegations, the wrestlers have been protesting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, demanding the arrest of Singh.

    The Delhi Police has taken up the case and formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the matter. The police have recorded the statements of the women wrestlers under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, which allows for the statements to be recorded before a magistrate. The police have filed two FIRs, one of which is under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

    According to the reports by India Today, Meanwhile, Protests by wrestlers against WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh have sparked worries about India’s Olympic and Asian Games prospects.
