Hyderabad: Two more persons were arrested in TSPSC paper leakage case by the Special Investigation Team on Friday.
The duo was identified as Laukik and Sushmitha. Police sources said, Laukik had bought the DAO exam question paper from Praveen, the prime suspect for Sushmitha, his girlfriend.
The police arrested them based on the information provided by the suspects arrested earlier, during interrogation by the SIT.
The duo was produced before the magistrate and remanded in judicial custody.
Cuttack: In a major success Commissionerate Police in Cuttack of Odisha foiled a robbery bid at a jewellery store and arrested 3 dacoits in this connection on Friday.

Reportedly, they were planning to commit a robbery at a jewellery store in the Naya Sadak area.
While Police have launched a manhunt to nab the other culprits, further investigation of the case is underway.
Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said his government will demolish all the ‘mazars’ (tombs) and other structures illegally built in the state. Addressing a function in Kaladhungi in the Nainital district, Dhami said the government has identified more than 1,000 places where such illegal structures have been built.
“There are more than 1000 such places in this state where tombs have been made but no remains were being found under them,” Dhami said.

Dhami was in Nainital to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of 36 schemes worth ₹ 95 crores.

New Delhi (IANS) | Three persons have been arrested for looting two kg of gold and Rs four lakh in cash at gunpoint from a jewelery shop in the national capital’s Nangloi village. The police gave this information on Friday. Outer Delhi DCP Harendra Kumar Singh said that the accused Paramjit, Nitesh and Abhishek were arrested from Mundka on Thursday. Singh said ACP Arun Kumar Choudhary and Inspector Praveen Kumar received a tip-off following which a raid was conducted in Mundka area and the accused were arrested.

Ghaziabad (ANI): Days after Bhojpuri actress Akanksha Dubey was found dead in a hotel room in Uttar Pradesh’s Varanasi, police have arrested accused singer Samar Singh in Ghaziabad in connection with the case, officials said.
According to the police, the accused was arrested on Thursday night from a flat in Charms Castle Society, Ghaziabad. He was later taken to Ghaziabad Nandgram for medical examination.
Officials said Samar Singh is an accused in the alleged suicide case of Bhojpuri actress Akanksha Dubey and was absconding.
Varanasi Police and Ghaziabad Police in a joint operation raided the flat of the society at around 1:00 am, arrested him and took some others into custody.
Police said the accused was in Noida and reached the Charms Castle Society flat in Ghaziabad four days back.
Ghaziabad DCP Nipun Agarwal said, “Last night Varanasi police arrested wanted accused Samar Singh with the help of Ghaziabad police. The accused is being produced in Ghaziabad court for transit remand, after which he was taken to Varanasi Will go.”
