In which the amount of check issued in the name of different people was Rs.37,95,724/-. 37,95,524/- was deposited in the account of himself and his relatives by forging his signature. Cheated and embezzled by getting him out of the accounts. Accused Harshendra Kumar Sahu has been duly arrested and sent on judicial remand after being found to have cheated in the said fake manner.
