    Bhilai. A case of attempt of incest with an innocent has come to light in Durg district. In this case, the police has arrested an accused youth. The police have registered an offense against the accused under section 376, Paxo Act. This case belongs to Bhilai-3 police station area.

    According to the Bhilai-3 police, a young man named Sunny Sahu lured a 6-year-old innocent and took him to the farm. Where he attempted incest with the innocent. On getting information about the incident, the relatives lodged a complaint with the police. The police immediately arrested the accused. It is being told that the youth was in an inebriated state at the time of the incident.

    According to information received from the Mohan Nagar police, the youth was a resident of Amapara in Durg. His body was found hanging from the fan on Wednesday night. Bunty used to work at Krishna Medical in Durg. His father used to work in a tent house. On June 25, Bunty had gone to Nagpur with her mother for a wedding ceremony at relatives’ place. His father had gone out on tent house work.

    Bunty came to Durg from Nagpur on June 26 after leaving her mother at the wedding. He hasn’t spoken to anyone since June 28. When the parents reached home on the night of 28, the door was locked from inside. When he pushed it open, it was hanging from a noose inside. After this, the relatives informed the police about this.

    Durg. An unknown vehicle hit a bike rider in Mohan Nagar police station area of the district. The driver died on the spot after the bike collided with the culvert. The driver has been identified as Jitendra Kumar Devangan (32 years). Jitendra worked in a marketing company by profession and was coming to Durg for some work.

    Jitendra Kumar Dewangan lived in Bade Temri village of Bori police station area. He was coming from the village to Raipur in a bike. While coming from Rajnandgaon towards Durg, as soon as he reached near the petrol pump about 3 km before the toll plaza, a speeding vehicle from behind hit him.

    The collision was so fast that Jitendra jumped along with the bike and hit the culvert. He died on the spot due to a deep head injury. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and sent him to the district hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. After this the relatives were informed. The post-mortem of the dead body has been done on Saturday. Then the relatives have been handed over.

On getting the information, the police reached there and stopped the people. A kerosene filled tanker passing through the city’s cashew rice mill Bajrang Nagar suddenly overturned after entering the drain. Due to the overturning of the vehicle, a crowd of people gathered around and soon there was a competition to loot the oil.

    On getting the information, the Kotwali police reached the spot. After a lot of effort, the police removed the people from the tanker. To avoid any accident or fire, the police made a security cordon around the tanker and kept people away from it. Later the tanker was somehow pulled out of the drain.

The vehicle first came on the wrong side near the English liquor shop in Potia and trampled two bikes parked there, then dragged a car and took it to a long distance, which collided with the electric pole there. During this, the bike parked there also came under the truck.

    According to the information, the incident took place on June 14. Ashok Dewangan openly runs betting business in his house on Utai-Patan road, a few steps away from the police station. On the day of the incident, a young man named Sunil Yadu, who calls himself a journalist, had gone to bookie Ashok Dewangan’s house. There he had a fight over something. After this, Sunil Yadu complained about the assault in the police station.

Tehsildar Dhamdha and Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Dhamdha conducted a surprise spot inspection on receipt of information about illegal Murum mining and transportation in Naguva pond under village Hardi police station Nandini Nagar of Tehsil Dhamdha of the district, in which a JCB vehicle number BL 04 DC 5245 was found on the spot. Murum was found mining by, whose vehicle owner’s name is Dhruv Kumar Agarwal resident Gasti Chowk Durg Road Bemetara.

    A highway (truck) vehicle number BL 07B was excavated by the said JCB. 8511 (Hiva Malika’s name Raman Kumar Agarwal resident Durg Road Bemetara) was being loaded. Along with this, a highway (truck) vehicle number Bl 08.gj 8211 (name of vehicle owner Ravi Kumar Agarwal resident ward no. 16 Bemetara) was found transporting Murum without permission on Hardi road. The seizure deed of all the three vehicles was prepared on the spot. The seized vehicles have been kept in the custody of station in-charge, station Nandini Nagar. No competent document was made available from the concerned vehicle drivers regarding Murum mining and transportation.
