Jashpur. An old man has died due to an elephant attack in Badal Khol Wildlife Sanctuary. The old man had gone to the jungle without Putu, on whom the elephant attacked. The old man died on the spot after being crushed by the elephant. Deceased Subhash Yadav, 60, had gone to the forest at 5 in the morning, during which the elephant killed him.
Elephant entered the police control room yesterday
Elephant menace is continuously increasing in Chhattisgarh. Elephants creating havoc in Ambikapur, Jashpur, Mahasamund and Korba have now reached Balod. An elephant broke away from the party and entered the city on Monday night. Due to this there was a stir. The elephant entered the police control room and from there reached the cyber cell office. Seeing this, the employees hid in their respective offices to save their lives. On the other hand, an elephant attacked a woman who had gone to pick fruits in Korba. The woman has been injured in the attack.
