After which the accused kept demanding his money again and again but the deceased did not return the money and used to make obscene remarks about the sister of the accused. The accused Kamal Pal was very worried about these things. On the intervening night of 23rd, the accused and the deceased reached Sheetla Talab of the village itself. Where as soon as he got the opportunity, the accused attacked Toman’s head with a nearby boulder and killed him. As soon as the information about the case was received, Rajim police station investigated and disclosed the matter within 24 hours and sent the accused to jail.
