Blood was oozing from the mouth and nose of both of them, due to which it is suspected that both of them were killed and the dead bodies were hanged on a tree. In the case, the police had started investigating after establishing a morgue. The police detained Kamal Pal, the friend of the deceased, under suspicion. During interrogation, the friend confessed his crime.

    There was friendship between the deceased Toman Patel and the accused Kamal Pal. The accused had given five thousand rupees to the deceased Toman Patel. After which the accused kept demanding his money again and again but the deceased did not return the money and used to make obscene remarks about the sister of the accused. The accused Kamal Pal was very worried about these things. On the intervening night of 23rd, the accused and the deceased reached Sheetla Talab of the village itself. Where as soon as he got the opportunity, the accused attacked Toman’s head with a nearby boulder and killed him. As soon as the information about the case was received, Rajim police station investigated and disclosed the matter within 24 hours and sent the accused to jail.
