Gariaband. Police has solved the mystery of blind murder. The police have finally caught the killer in the 2-year-old case. The case pertains to village Jenjra under police station Rajim area. Where on November 20, 2021, Umendra Sahu had established a marriage in Thana Rajim that his wife Lomeshwari, age 30 years, had gone towards the drain for defecation on November 20, 2021 at 05:30 am, which did not come back, during the search it was not known that during the search, Mudh Tarai Marg drain On the report of Marg No. 59/21, Section 174, Ja. F.O., dead body was taken in Panchnama proceedings.
In this matter the villagers were closely interrogated. During interrogation, the daughter of the deceased gave important information to the police that her mother had told her before her death that Jawaharlal Sahu, a resident of Jenjra, used to express his love by blocking the way while going to bathe. After this information, Jawaharlal Sahu was interrogated by the police, then the accused started getting entangled in things while giving wrong answers and during strict interrogation, the accused confessed his crime, crime number 206/2023, Section 302 Bhadvi, and charged the accused with the incident. On presenting the used 01 piece wooden stick, the accused was duly arrested and presented before the Hon’ble Court on judicial remand.
