    Sonipat. Police arrested a miscreant wearing a bullet proof jacket on Thursday at Ahir Majra turn on Khubdu road in Gannaur. Two loaded pistols and 33 cartridges have been recovered from the arrested youth. He was riding on a motorcycle without number. When the police asked him after overpowering him, he was identified as Abhay alias Bunty of the arrested village Atayal. Police has registered a case against him in Gannaur police station. Police is inquiring whether he was going to commit any crime with a weapon.

    Constable Naresh Kumar, appointed at Gannaur police station, told that he along with his team was patrolling near village Ahir Majra on Gannaur-Khubdu road. During this, information was received from reliable sources that a young man was coming from Khubdu towards Gannaur riding on a bike without number. The youth has illegal weapons.

    After giving information to the top officials, the police team made a blockade near Ahir Majra. When the young man came, he was stopped, when asked his name and address, he gave his identity as Abhay alias Bunty, a resident of Atayal village. When the police searched Abhay alias Bunty, he was found wearing a bullet proof jacket inside his shirt. At the same time, a country-made pistol was found from one pocket of his paint, in which one cartridge was loaded, while another country-made pistol was found from the other pocket, which had 5 cartridges loaded in its magazine.

When she did not return for a long time, he searched for his daughter. There was no trace of the daughter anywhere. The bike on which his daughter had left the house was found parked outside the Sarpanch’s office. The woman told that Rinku, a resident of Jasia village in Rohtak, is related to her. Rinku also used to talk to his daughter on the phone. Rinku used to tell his daughter that I will marry you only. This was told by his daughter after coming from Rohtak. He suspects that Rinku has abducted his daughter with the intention of marrying her. The woman has demanded that action should be taken against the accused youth by searching for her daughter. Barara police station has registered a case under section 366 and started investigation.
