Farooq (age 19 years) son of Sharif Zameen, resident of Lakdi Padav Stadium School No. 0-03 Jhulabasti, Kotdwar Pauri Garhwal. Smack was recovered and a charge under NDPS Act was registered against the accused at Police Station Kotdwar.
