    Jagdalpur. There has been a stabbing in a birthday party going on in a ward of Jagdalpur city. Two drug addict youths living in the area have attacked brother-in-law and brother-in-law with a knife over some issue. Both have suffered injuries in this incident. After the complaint in the police station of this murderous attack, the police have arrested both the accused. Those who have been produced in the court have been sent to jail. The case pertains to Bodhghat police station area of the district.

    According to the information, D Jagadish Rao, a resident of Mahendra Karma Ward Kannu Gali of Municipal Corporation area, was celebrating his daughter’s birthday. During this, a young man from the same area Ghanshyam alias Tullu reached the spot along with his friend Vicky. Both were intoxicated. After which he started abusing D Jagdish Rao over some issue. Meanwhile, T Venkatesh, brother-in-law of D Jagadish Rao also reached.

    When he was asked why he was having a dispute, he attacked both brother-in-law and brother-in-law with a knife kept with him. After the incident, both fled from the spot. Both were injured in the attack by drug addicts. Who were brought to the hospital. Then the matter was informed to the police. After which the soldiers of Bodhghat police station started searching both the youths. Those who were caught from a place in the city itself.

    Jagdalpur. A young man committed suicide by hanging himself on a tree near the Ganga Munda pond in front of the house. The young man was first seen hanging by his mother, after which other family members were informed about the matter, after which the body was sent to Mekaj for PM. Giving information about the case, Bodhghat police station in-charge Dilbag Singh said that the deceased was the second among 4 siblings of Metguda resident Bhagwan Baghel’s father Baliram Baghel (27 years), who used to work as a painter.

    It is being told that the deceased was suffering from epilepsy for almost a year, due to which he was continuously troubled. Last night also went to sleep after having dinner with family members. After coming out of the house after one o’clock in the night, he hanged himself on a tree in front of the house and committed suicide. When God’s mother came out at around 3 in the morning, she informed the family members after seeing the son hanging in the noose. After this, Bodhghat police station in-charge as well as other staff came on the spot. After questioning the family members, the body has been sent for Mekaj PM.
