    Janjgir Champa. The young man has found it difficult to ask for a lift from the bike riders. After giving lift, 2 people riding a bike have carried out the incident of robbery from the young man and looted the mobile including Rs 4200, silver bangles. The matter pertains to City Kotwali police station area of Janjgir. Police have arrested 2 accused Anil Das and Budhram Patel in the case. Both the accused have been sent to judicial custody. Along with this, the looted material has been seized. Both the accused are residents of Champa.

    Actually, Sudhir Kashyap, a resident of Chitapali, had come to Champa with his friends and was coming towards Janjgir on foot alone. Only then did he ask for a lift from bike riders Anil Das and Budhram Patel. After this, both the accused took him to the Nahariya Baba railway track by taking him on a bike and beat him hostage, then looted Rs 4200, silver bangle and mobile.

    After the report, the police investigated and both the bike-riding accused were taken into custody and interrogated, in which the incident came to the fore. In the case, the police have arrested the accused Anil Das, Budhram Patel and sent both of them to judicial custody. The looted amount, silver bangle and mobile have been seized from the possession of the accused.

    Janjgir Champa. The District and Sessions Court of the district has sentenced the accused Bhai Shankar Gond to life imprisonment for killing his cousin. Also, the killer brother has been punished with a fine of Rs 25,000. Actually, the matter is of Diparipara of Bamhnidih. On 18 October 2022, the young man killed his cousin by crushing his face with a brick and stone. Public Prosecutor Rajesh Pandey said that on October 18, 2022, a dead body of a person was lying in the field at Diparipara in Bamhnidih.

    When the police investigated the matter, the deceased was identified as Balaram Sabaria. The body was then sent for post-mortem and the post-mortem report revealed that his face was crushed with bricks and stones and this resulted in his death. On taking the statement of the family members in the case, the possibility of execution of the murder incident was expressed by Shankar God.

    When the police interrogated the accused in custody, it came to light that the accused had executed the incident. Then the police arrested the accused Shankar Gond and sent him to jail. While hearing the case, District and Sessions Judge Suresh Kumar Soni sentenced the accused Shankar Gond to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 25,000.
