    Raipur. The railway track and the National Highway were blocked for 7 hours due to the seed truck getting stuck and catching fire at Sakreli railway gate in Janjgir’s Sakti district. The railway track and the National Highway became normal after the fire engines extinguished the fire and the track was evacuated by the JCB vehicle.

    Regarding this incident, Baradwar TI Rajesh Chandravanshi told that a truck full of wire caught fire after coming under the grip of railway power line near Sakreli gate. The incident took place at 11:30 pm, after which the police reached the spot and the fire was extinguished with the help of fire brigade.

When the car owner Bhishmakant Sinha asked for the car back, the driver Vijay Das Mahant did not return the car. When the car owner wrote a report, it was found that Vijay, along with his fellow Kutrabod Jaijaipur resident Manoj Chandra, had sold the car to Kirtanlal Kosaria of Ranchhabhantha by making fake documents of the car.

    The police had registered a case of crime against both the accused and sent Vijay Das to jail. But Manoj Chandra was absconding. Who has been arrested from Sitapur in Raigarh and sent to jail. According to the Mulmula police, Suryakant, a resident of village Konargarh, had given his Swift Dezire car number CG 04 MI 8078 to his younger brother Bhishmakant Sinha for maintenance and driving.

    Which was driven by the driver Vijay Das Mahant, a resident of Bodsara Jaijaipur. He used to keep the car with him and give the booking money to Suryakant. He had filed a report by Vijay Das for not giving the booking amount from June 2022 and also not returning the vehicle.

The matter pertains to City Kotwali police station area of Janjgir. Police have arrested 2 accused Anil Das and Budhram Patel in the case. Both the accused have been sent to judicial custody. Along with this, the looted material has been seized. Both the accused are residents of Champa.

    Actually, Sudhir Kashyap, a resident of Chitapali, had come to Champa with his friends and was coming towards Janjgir on foot alone. Only then did he ask for a lift from bike riders Anil Das and Budhram Patel. After this, both the accused took him to the Nahariya Baba railway track by taking him on a bike and beat him hostage, then looted Rs 4200, silver bangle and mobile.

    After the report, the police investigated and both the bike-riding accused were taken into custody and interrogated, in which the incident came to the fore. In the case, the police have arrested the accused Anil Das, Budhram Patel and sent both of them to judicial custody. The looted amount, silver bangle and mobile have been seized from the possession of the accused.
