In fact, bumper recruitment has come out for the posts of assistant grade, steno typist, driver and peon in Mahasamund district. The process for applying for the vacant posts has started from 24.05.2023. Applicants have been given time till 12.06.2023 to apply for these posts. According to the issued notification, a total of 87 posts including assistant grade are to be appointed. Eligible applicants for the vacant posts will be able to apply online through the link available on the official website of the district www.mahasamund.gov.in.

    Educational Qualification: For the post of Assistant Grade, the applicant should have passed 12th examination from a recognized school and a certificate of one year diploma in programming from a recognized institution. For Steno Typist, 12th or Graduation from recognized University should be passed and speed of 60 words per minute in Hindi shorthand. For Driver and Peon, at least 5th and 8th examination should be passed. Also, it is mandatory to have a permanent valid Driving License (Four Wheeler).

Under the National Health Mission, a walk-in-interview will be held on June 15, 2023 in the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Kondagaon, for contractual appointment to 59 posts of approved Community Health Officer in the Health and Wellness Center in the district. Candidates can register for this till June 14, 2023. Educational qualification required for this post is B.Sc Nursing or GNM course pass or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing in Community Health course along with registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Council.     CHENNAI: The Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has clarified that it has no association with any unauthorised agencies that assure candidates for a job with the CMRL.

    In a press note released on Thursday, it stated that some unscrupulous and unauthorised agencies are issuing fake news on social media / WhatsApp and other forums regarding employment opportunities in CMRL. “CMRL absolutely dissociates itself from this false recruitment campaign, “it said.

    Further the note went on to highlight that CMRL has not authorised any individual or firm or agency to carry out recruitments on its behalf and those recruited go through a formal selection process with the department.

    “All communications to the applicants must come from a verifiable CMRL email address or CMRL authenticated letter head and not from an Internet address such as Rediff mail, yahoo, Gmail or mobile line or WhatsApp or fake CMRL letter head or agency and others,” the note added.

    And the vacancies are only posted at www.chennaimetrorail.org/careers and published in newspapers.

    Lastly, CMRL warned strict action against those indulging in fake recruitment rackets and cautioned candidates of such unauthorised agencies.

    Bhubaneswar: Economic Offences Wing cracked a huge job fraud racket in which at least 200 job seekers of Odisha have been duped by scammers.

    EOW has arrested two main accused namely Rajkishore Pattnaik of Biraja Complex, Bomikhal, Bhubaneswar and Arun Mohanty of Rental Colony, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar today.

    The arrested persons will be produced before the Court of SDJM, Bhubaneswar. The instant case was registered on the allegation of one of the victims Kumudini Sahoo of Bhubaneswar that the accused Rajkishore Pattnaik, Arun Mohanty and Bhawani Shankar Das duped her of an amount of Rs. 8.15 lakhs for arranging Govt. job by exhibiting the forged documents like appointment letters, logo and seals of Govt. of Odisha.

    Accused Rajkishore Pattnaik assured her of a Govt. job i.e. Clerk at Raj Bhawan for a monthly salary of Rs. 34,000/- and demanded Rs.6 lakhs for the purpose. She paid around Rs.2 lakh as advance but after getting money Rajkishore Pattnaik started avoiding her.

    Then she came in contact with accused Arun Mohanty and Bhawani Shankar Das. Arun Mohanty assured her to arrange a job for her within a week and demanded Rs.7 lakhs for that. She paid the amount but could not get any job.

    The scammers have also cheated Rs.1.05 lakh from one Sushant Kumar Muduli for the post of school peon, Rs.4.50 lakhs from one Deepak Kumar Nayak for the post of Peon in the Khordha
    Collectorate, Rs.2 lakhs from one Dipu Biswal for the job of Peon in Raj Bhawan, Bhubaneswar etc.

    During investigation so far, it was revealed that these Thugs have duped hundreds of job aspirants of Odisha showing them forged/fabricated Government letters/ Logo/ Seal/ selection list etc.

    During search of houses of both the Scammers, hundreds of incriminating forged documents like Govt. appointment letters, joining letters and seals of Lok Seva Bhawan and Secretariat have been seized along with hundreds of resumes, bio-data, mark sheets, application forms and fake appointment letters of candidates for different posts like peon, clerk, fire man, security etc. in different departments of Govt. of Odisha like Raj Bhawan, Education Department, Energy Department, Secretariat, Traffic Police, Excise Department, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Income Tax Department etc.

    The investigation in the case is underway.
