Before the commencement of the examination, the police at many centers welcomed the examinees by giving them roses. Meanwhile, candidate Shivaji Babuji Rathore, who had come from Gandhinagar to take the exam at Navjeevan School near Polo Ground, had forgotten his I-card at home. This candidate did not even have a smart phone. At that time the staff of Navapura police station was patrolling and Navjeevan came near the school. After the police personnel came to know about Shivaji Rathore’s ordeal, a police constable called Shivaji’s home and asked for an ID proof from his home on his smart phone and immediately gave him a color Xerox. Due to which this candidate could appear in the examination.

    Similarly, the XI team of city police also helped a female candidate who had forgotten her photograph at home. Pinky Nai, who came to Vadodara from Palanpur to appear in Baroda High School near Bagikhana, had forgotten to bring her photograph. When the team on duty came to know about this matter, the police team reached the photo studio with the female candidate and immediately got her photo clicked and brought the candidate back to the examination center on time. In this way, with the help of the police, it was possible for two candidates to take the exam and their hard work bore fruit.

    The Junior Clerk exam is scheduled to be held on Sunday, April 9. 9.53 lakh candidates will appear in this exam. The examination has been organized at about 3000 centers in the state. Along with 6,000 buses, special trains will also be run by the Railways from the ST department for the examinees in the state. This time exam centers have also been allotted in interior areas. Many of the exam centers have been shifted from one district to a remote small taluka of another district.

    Special trains will be run for the examination

    Candidates of Ahmedabad have been given exam centers in the districts of Surat, Bhavnagar, Mehsana, Dahod, Palanpur etc. There is a high demand for buses from Ahmedabad to the above districts. So far 30 buses have been booked for the examinees in Ahmedabad. Whereas for the examination, the Railways will run special trains on Sundays. In which the train will run between Bhavnagar to Gandhigram and Junagadh to Rajkot. A special train between Bhavnagar and Gandhigram will stop at Bhavnagar, Sehore, Dhola, Botad, Bavla, Sarkhej stations. While two trains between Junagadh and Rajkot will halt at Bhaktinagar, Gondal, Virpur, Nawagarh and Jetalsar stations.

Hasmukh Patel tweeted that on 31-03-2023 from 1 pm onwards candidates will be able to download the call letter for Junior Clerk exam. Apart from this, the government will also provide traveling allowance to the candidates. The government will give ST fare of Rs 254 to each candidate. This amount has been given to the commission. After the exam is over, the money will be paid after verifying the bank details and call letter.

    ST buses will also have the facility

    Hasmukh Patel said in the press conference that this fare will be given to the examinees for the convenience of coming in their own vehicle. The facility of ST buses will also be provided by the government for the candidates. It has been said by the government that the examination centers have been deliberately kept away. However, if any irregularity comes to the notice of anyone, it is requested to bring it to the notice immediately. Voluntary organizations have also been appealed to help the students as much as possible.

    30 crore rupees will be spent to conduct this exam

    Those candidates who were about to appear in the last examination are appearing in the examination this time. This time the examination will be strictly implemented by the commission. However, students have been asked to be cautious. Last time due to the vigilance of the police, the irregularities in the examination were revealed. This time an appeal has been made to the examinees to be self-aware. 30 crore rupees will be spent for conducting this examination. Apart from this, a rent of twenty crore rupees will have to be paid.

    Preparation to conduct Talati exam on April 30

    Hasmukh Patel said that preparations have been made by the commission to conduct the Talati examination on April 30. But not enough exam centers are found. As against 17 lakh candidates, seating arrangements have been made for 14 lakh candidates. Some colleges have not got colleges due to insufficient remuneration given by the commission.
