District Transport Officer Atul Asaiyya said that the police department sends a proposal to the Transport Department for suspension of the license, after which action is taken to suspend the license after giving an opportunity of hearing to the concerned license holder.

The villagers picked him up from the bushes and took him to the hospital, from where he was referred to Raipur.

    For the last few days, there was a dispute between Garhpichwadi resident Amar Singh Teta and Chamru Ram Salam regarding the land. Due to this dispute, Chamru Ram Salam attacked Amar Singh Teta with an ax and seriously injured him on Wednesday, June 21, at 9 pm. Amar Singh had serious head injuries. After the attack, when he fell unconscious on the ground, accused Chamru Ram Salam threw him into the bushes thinking he was dead. Some villagers saw the accused doing this and immediately took the injured to Kanker Medical College for treatment.
