Occupied accused Channu Ram Nishad made a fatal attack on the complainant Tikam Jaiswal. Due to which Tikam Jaiswal died. On the complaint of family members, the police team of Dial 112 caught the accused and handed them over to the Pipariya police. Pipariya police station is engaged in further action in the matter.

    The whole matter pertains to village Khairwar of Pipariya police station area in Kabirdham district. Accused Channu Ram Nishad built a house by illegally occupying the government land on the bank of the pond. Tikam Jaiswal, along with the villagers, complained to the SDM. Accused Channu Ram became enraged by this. Late Saturday evening when Tikam Jaiswal was passing by the house of the accused with his small child. Then he had a dispute with the accused and the accused got angry and hit Tikam on the head with a wooden stick kept nearby. Tikam got a serious injury on his head due to the attack and he fell there bleeding.

    Seeing the attack on the father, the small child ran home and told the relatives about the incident. Other family members reached there and immediately admitted the injured to the District Hospital Kawardha by car. The doctors referred Tikam to Raipur due to deep wound and profuse bleeding. But while going to Raipur, the injured died on the way. On the complaint of the relatives, the police team of Dial 112 reached the spot and arrested the accused and handed them over to the Pipariya police.

Police have recovered pesticide medicines and motor cycle near the dead body. The police have taken the body into custody and sent it for post mortem. Investigating the matter. According to the information received, Lalit Dubey is a resident of village Bandha Tola police station Bodla. Diya Bar of Kawardha range was stationed there in the middle. A day before the disappearance, on June 17, a meeting was held with the villagers to add members for the Forest Committee in Diya Bar village.

    On June 18, he had left the house late in the evening to go for duty, when he did not return home in the morning and inquired around, the mobile number was switched off and no trace of Lalit Dubey was found. A missing report was lodged in the police station by the family members. The police had started investigating the matter since then. Police recovered the dead body of beat guard Lalit Dubey in the forest of village Baddo. The police informed the family members about the case. Hearing the incident of death, the family members are in distress by crying.

The deceased had come to his maternal home to pick up his wife. The wife had come to her mother’s home after quarreling with him, after persuading whom Dhur Singh Baiga came to his in-laws house to take them back home. But on Saturday late evening his dead body was found under suspicious circumstances. The police is investigating the matter.

    The dead body of Dhur Singh Baiga was found lying on a sheet. The hanging noose was tied around the neck of the deceased. The other part was tied to the tree. The family members were shocked to see the dead body like this. The brother-in-law of the deceased informed the police about the incident. Chilfi police reached the spot and sent the dead body for postmortem. The in-laws are being questioned.

    The deceased Dhur Singh Baiga is a resident of Palak village. A few days back he had a fight with his wife. After which the wife had come to her maternal home Turaiyabhara village with the children. A few days later, Dhur Singh came to Turaiyabahra on Tuesday to persuade his wife and take her back home to Palak village. During this he stayed at his in-laws house. On Thursday, after having dinner at his elder brother-in-law’s house, he went to his younger brother-in-law’s house to sleep at night. When the room got hot, he went to sleep on the terrace. When the in-laws saw in the morning, Dhur Singh was not on the roof. The in-laws thought that he must have gone back to his village but on Saturday evening his dead body was found in the forest outside the village.

    Please tell that Sonu Nishad (23) of Pandatarai ward number 10 lodged a complaint in Pandatarai police station that his friend Deepak used to do transactions through UPI on his phone. During this, he transferred about Rs 2,40,501 to his account in 8 times. When Sonu checked his account balance and history, he came to know about it. After which Sonu filed a complaint against Deepak in Pandatarai police station.

    After the complaint, the Pandatarai police registered a case under Section 420 and traced the accused Deepak. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police formed a team. The team arrested the accused in just 4 hours. The accused is a resident of Kuteli village. The police have seized his mobile phone and bank passbook from the accused.

During this, two people sitting intoxicated started making dirty comments on the young man’s sister. After this Ashu protested. On protesting, the accused Arun Goswami took out a blade from his pocket and attacked Ashu furiously, due to which Ashu was injured. The relatives of the victim reached Pondi police station. Filed a written complaint against the accused here. After the complaint was registered, the police arrested the accused Aruna. Police has registered a case under sections 294, 323, 254, 34 7, 8 Paxo Act and sent the accused to judicial custody.
