    Kawardha. A painful accident has happened in Kawardha. An unbridled vehicle has played Holi of farmer’s blood on the National Highway. On the NH 30 Raipur-Jabalpur road, the farmer was crushed and snatched his life. Weeds have spread in the family. It is being told that the farmer was returning from the field with a nangar, where the unruly vehicle ran over the farmer. A lot of blood has flowed from the farmer’s body, due to which he died. There is injury in different parts of the body.

    According to the information received, an unknown vehicle hit the farmer near the petrol pump of Indori village. The farmer has died on the spot. This is the incident of Indori village of Pipariya police station. As soon as the information about the case was received, the police reached the spot. The dead body has been taken into custody and sent for post mortem. Police is engaged in investigation. The search for the unknown vehicle is on.

Occupied accused Channu Ram Nishad made a fatal attack on the complainant Tikam Jaiswal. Due to which Tikam Jaiswal died. On the complaint of family members, the police team of Dial 112 caught the accused and handed them over to the Pipariya police. Pipariya police station is engaged in further action in the matter.

    The whole matter pertains to village Khairwar of Pipariya police station area in Kabirdham district. Accused Channu Ram Nishad built a house by illegally occupying the government land on the bank of the pond. Tikam Jaiswal, along with the villagers, complained to the SDM. Accused Channu Ram became enraged by this. Late Saturday evening when Tikam Jaiswal was passing by the house of the accused with his small child. Then he had a dispute with the accused and the accused got angry and hit Tikam on the head with a wooden stick kept nearby. Tikam got a serious injury on his head due to the attack and he fell there bleeding.

    Seeing the attack on the father, the small child ran home and told the relatives about the incident. Other family members reached there and immediately admitted the injured to the District Hospital Kawardha by car. The doctors referred Tikam to Raipur due to deep wound and profuse bleeding. But while going to Raipur, the injured died on the way. On the complaint of the relatives, the police team of Dial 112 reached the spot and arrested the accused and handed them over to the Pipariya police.

The Minister of Transport, Housing and Environment, Forest, and Law, Mohammad Akbar, said that the Chhattisgarh Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, is laying emphasis on the upliftment and development of all sections of society. Funds are being allocated for the construction of buildings. The government is also allotting land for the organization and advancement of society.
     
    He said that the Government of Chhattisgarh has launched schemes for the welfare of the impoverished, farmers, and laborers. Gauthans have been developed to serve cows and provide employment to women’s self-help groups. The purchase of cow dung has led to economic development, bestowing a new identity on Chhattisgarh at the national level. Akbar was addressing the villagers during the Bhent Mulaqat program held in Paligudha and Sonpuri villages in the Kawardha development block yesterday.
     
    Cabinet Minister Mohammad Akbar participated in the Bhent Mulaqat and Janchaupal programs organized in Paligudha and Sonpur villages. While holding discussions with the villagers, he interacted directly with the farmers, landless laborers, and women. He also sought suggestions from the villagers on the subject of the development of the village. He received feedback on the flagship schemes of the state government. The Sarpanch of the concerned Village Panchayat and public representatives were also present on the occasion.
     
    Cabinet Minister Akbar said that the purpose of his visit to the Village Panchayats is to ensure that the villagers are reaping the benefits of the public welfare schemes of the government. In the event of any problem in the implementation of the schemes, it has to be resolved so that people are not deprived of the schemes’ benefits. During his interaction with the public, Cabinet Minister Akbar provided detailed information about the ambitious schemes of the government. He added that the government is working continuously for the development of the district.

    Cabinet Minister Akbar said that earthen lamps, decorative items, manure, and natural paint are being prepared from cow dung. Natural paint is used in school buildings, and women associated with self-help groups are securing employment through livelihood-oriented activities. He talked about the annual provision of Rs. 7 thousand under the Rajiv Gandhi Bhumiheen Gramin Krishi Majdoor Nyay Yojana and the purchase of minor forest produce from forest dwellers at a higher price and quantity. He highlighted the government’s contribution to the promotion of the state’s culture through the Ram Van Gaman Tourism Circuit, Ghotul, and the National Tribal Dance Festival. Sharing information about the healthcare facilities for the free treatment of impoverished people, he said that up to Rs. 20 lakh is provided for the treatment of serious diseases under the Mukhyamantri Vishesh Swasthya Sahayata Yojana. Malnourished children are provided with nutritional food under the Mukhyamantri Suposhan Yojana.

    Kawardha. A man beat his wife to death with a stick after she refused to give him tobacco in Chhattisgarh’s Kawardha district. According to the information received from the police, this case is related to Rabda village of Taregaon police station area. Budhram Baig from here demanded tobacco from his wife. But Birjonni Bai refused to give tobacco. On this Budhram beat him with sticks. Due to this he died.
    Budhram told Kumar Singh, his son-in-law, that he had gone to a function in the night and stayed there till about 4 in the morning, during which he also consumed alcohol. When he came home in the morning, he asked for tobacco, but the wife refused, and in a fit of rage, he thrashed her with sticks, due to which she died. On the information of Budhram’s son-in-law, the police registered a case and arrested the accused.

    Kawardha. Bajrang Dal workers have handed over a truck full of cattle and its driver to the police at Chhattisgarh-Madhya Pradesh border station Chilfi in the district. While 2 other accused have escaped by jumping from the truck. A total of 32 buffaloes have been found in the truck.

    Two of them were found dead. Actually, this whole matter is related to Chilfi police station area of Kawardha district. The cattle were being taken towards Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh. From here there was preparation to take the cattle to the slaughter house. However, in between the Bajrang Dal workers were informed about the smuggling. After this, the workers overtook the truck from Bodla and caught it near Chilfi RTO checkpost. After the information, the police reached the spot and took the truck full of cattle in their possession. Also arrested the truck driver Hasim Qureshi. The accused is a resident of Uttar Pradesh. Action will be taken against the accused under the Animal Cruelty Act.

    In the case, Chilfi police station in-charge said that information was received from the informer that cattle were being transported illegally in trucks from Chhattisgarh towards Madhya Pradesh. Bajrang Dal workers took the truck in their possession. On questioning the truck driver, the accused did not show any document regarding the purchase and sale of cattle. After this, on strict questioning, the accused said that he was going to Jabalpur with the cattle. At present, the police have arrested the accused and sent them to judicial custody. The police is looking for the two smugglers who fled.

At present, the Kukdoor police has sent the body for postmortem and is probing the matter. The 28-year-old deceased is a resident of Ramji Thengatola village.

Twelve people, including a child, were injured in the bee attack. The condition of 4 of the injured is serious.     According to the information, dozens of laborers including village panchayat Kukra Pani, Kauhapani and nearby had reached work in MNREGA at 8 am on Friday. While working, a swarm of bees came towards him from a nearby tree and attacked him. Seeing the bees, all the laborers started running away. During the rush, some laborers fell and got injured. After the incident, all the injured started suffering on the ground, after which the employment assistant immediately informed 108. After the information, all the injured were admitted to the hospital by ambulance.

Three women and the driver of the car were badly injured in the accident. After hitting the car, the accused truck driver fled from the spot. With the help of passers-by, the injured were taken out of the car. Those who have been admitted to Chilfi Health Center for treatment. Chilfi police is looking for the absconding truck driver.

    The injured car riders are residents of Bilaspur. Who had gone to Kanha National Park in Madhya Pradesh. From where he was going back to his home in Bilaspur. During this, as soon as he reached Chilfi Valley. That’s why the high speed truck coming from the front hit his car from the front. Due to which the car hit the rock behind. The car driver and three women were injured in the accident.

    Dial 112 constable Gangaram Dhurve told that as soon as the point of accident was found, the police team reached the spot and admitted the injured to Chilfi Health Center. The station in-charge was informed about the incident. Then the police personnel reached the spot and removed the accident car from the road. The accused driver is being searched.
