    The amount of vehicles sold during the operation was deposited in the account of Pankaj Kurre. After a few days, the applicant Abdul Rasheed told Pankaj Kurre that you are not the authorized agency of the company. Give complete information about the contract letter and amount transaction between us to the authorized office of the company. On which Pankaj Kurre refused to give any amount and refused to give the show room.

    On the basis of the above written report of the applicant, a crime was registered against Pankaj Kurre in Kondagaon police station and taken into consideration. In view of the seriousness of the matter, a special team was formed by the Superintendent of Police to arrest the accused Pankaj Kurre. Under the guidance of SP Y Akshay Kumar, under the guidance of ASP Daulat Ram Porte and under the leadership of Police Officer Kondagaon, the accused Pankaj Kurre was arrested from Raipur on June 30 and 3 cars bought from the fraudulent money were seized.     Two lakh rupees were stolen on June 08 in the weekly market of Hirapur village of Makdi police station area. In this case, on June 13, two accused were arrested and sent to jail first. At the same time, the district police was searching for the absconding accused involved in the theft. During the investigation, on the information of the informer, 6 other accused related to the case were taken into custody by laying siege in Erla village in Chhattisgarh-Odisha border. On questioning the accused, they accepted that they had stolen the money from the weekly market of Hirapur village. The accused told that apart from this, they have stolen a large number of motor cycles from the weekly market and fair site of Kondagaon district. The accused have sold the stolen motorcycles to the accused Jain Harijan and Sarabu Bhatra in Nabarangpur district of Odisha. Accused Jain Harijan and Sarabu Bhatra used to change the number plates of stolen motor cycles and sell the motor cycles to other people. Both the accused were caught and detained in Erla village on Chhattisgarh-Odisha border.

    40 thousand rupees have been seized from the possession of the accused out of the amount stolen in Hirapur weekly market. The police had seized Rs 27,000 from the two accused arrested earlier. The accused talked about spending the rest of the stolen amount. Apart from this, 06 motor cycles have been recovered from the possession of accused Jain Harijan at Bhimaguda village and 09 motor cycles at Girla village from the possession of accused Sarabu Bhatra, district Nabarangpur, Odisha.
