Bahadurgarh | Due to a sudden fire in the shoe factory in Bahadurgarh, raw and finished goods worth lakhs of rupees got burnt to ashes. As soon as the incident was reported, about 15 fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and efforts were started to control the fire. The case pertains to Ina Footwear Company located in HSIIDC Sector 17 of Bahadurgarh. Where the work of making shoes and slippers was going on at around 10 am on Friday morning. At the same time, a sudden fire broke out on the first floor of the factory. Due to the fire, there was a stampede in the factory and all the workers saved their lives by running outside.
In no time, the fire engulfed the entire factory. Although many vehicles of the fire brigade are trying to control the fire on the spot, but in spite of this the firefighters have to struggle hard to extinguish the fire because there is highly inflammable chemical and rubber present inside the factory. Because of which the fire is raging continuously.
Let us tell you that about 20 days back, due to a fire in a factory, two floors of the factory were completely burnt to ashes and the factory owner suffered a loss of lakhs of rupees. Just 2 days ago, the work was resumed in the factory by installing new machines. But now once again the fire destroyed the factory. The factory owner has once again suffered a huge financial loss due to the fire.

Charkhi Dadri | Sandeep Dhankhar, appointed as constable in Haryana Police, has made an electric bicycle. This cycle is covering a distance of 150 kilometers at a cost of less than Rs.20 only. The cycle gets charged within three hours and consumes three units of electricity. The cycle is made from rickshaw tyre, rim, chain and iron. About five thousand rupees have been spent on its preparation. The speed of the e-cycle can be increased with a manual reduction and it has a maximum speed limit of 35 kilometers per hour.
Tell that the soldier who prepared the e-cycle, Sandeep Dhankhar, is a resident of village Sehlanga in Jhajjar district. He has also made paragliders, CNC and electric bikes before. Sandeep keeps on doing such innovations to fulfill his hobby. He has also built a garage in the room inside the house.
After leaving duty, Constable Sandeep devotes most of his time to his innovation. Also spends most of his salary on innovation. Sandeep did Diploma in Mechanical trade from ITI in 2012. Soon after that he was recruited as a constable in Haryana Police but later he started working on innovation.
Sandeep made a paraglider five years ago. This paraglider can fly up to a height of about 600 feet under aviation rules. Inside it, the engine of the bike and the paragliding wing for flight and the propeller for pushing have been installed. This paraglider runs on petrol. It can be flown for 30 minutes in about one liter of petrol. About 50 to 60 thousand rupees were spent in making it. Six months ago, Sandeep has shown his paraglider as a model at the Drone Application Research Center.

Monsoon activity will increase in most areas of the state due to excess moisture content in the atmosphere. Intermittent moderate to heavy rain is very likely at most places with wind over northern districts during July 1. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain in the western and southern districts during this period. There may be some drop in day temperature.

According to IMD, Karnal has received 28 mm of rain and Kurukshetra 31 mm of rain since 5 am today. The Meteorological Department had predicted light to moderate rain with thunderstorms in Kaithal, Rajound, Assandh, Jind, Gohana, Gannaur, Rohtak and Nuh in the morning, but the clouds here passed without rain.

There was no rain in Kaithal. Light drizzle was witnessed for some time in Sonepat, whereas in Jind only Aleva received brief rains. There was a yellow alert for Kaithal, Karnal, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Panchkula till 11.30 am.
