On which the accused Puneet Ram Sahu was arrested and illegally kept from his possession 36 pauva of English liquor Jumla worth about Rs 4,500/- and sale amount Rs 400/- Jumla worth Rs 4,900 against the accused in police station Dharsinwa crime number 319/ 23 Section 34(2) of the Excise Act was registered and action was taken.
