That Advocate Ahmed Khariar Road has left Orissa and gone to his village Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. Advocate Ahmed was caught by the team after laying siege to village Panchi, district Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. On which the suspect gave his name (01) Vakil Ahmed father Saeed Ahmed age 28 years. After reaching Khariyar Road, they counted the amount of loot in my room, which was Rs 125,000. The three of us divided that amount among ourselves. I got 40000 rupees in partition and 40000 was kept by Abid and 45000 by Wajid alias Abid. All three went to their respective homes from different directions from Khariar Road Odisha.

    According to the police team, as told by the accused lawyer Ahmed, his co-accused (02) Mohammad Abid father Muzaffar Ali age 27 years. Village Panchi P.O. Dhikauli police station, Chandinagar district, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh reached the house of the accused and raided the house where he was found present who was interrogated in police custody. Whoever, according to the accused lawyer Ahmed, robbed the house of Bagbahra church pastor, along with his fellow lawyers Ahmed and Wajid alias Abid, and told them to spend some of the cash received in the partition for food and drink and accepted the crime. According to the accused advocate Ahmed and Mohammad Abid, the other co-accused (03) Wajid alias Abid Meerut Delhi was searched by the police team who was not found at home and was found to be absconding.

    From the possession of accused Mohammad Abid, 01 piece of country katta and cash amount of Rs.30000 was found in loot and from the possession of advocate Ahmed, cash amount of Rs.20000 and 01 piece of mobile worth Rs.10000 and Jupiter scooty used in the incident worth Rs.35000 were found. Action was taken against the accused under crime number 91/23 section 342, 397, 450 Bhadvi, 25, 27 Arms Act in police station Bagbahra by seizing total Jumla worth Rs.95000.

    Mahasamund. DSP along with the team has clamped down on 52 people taking major action. In fact, according to the instructions of Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Singh, in view of peace and security and law and order, along with Additional Superintendent of Police Akash Rao and SDOP, all station in-charges and other police forces patrolling on foot in crowded places, public places / common places / deserted places. Instructions have been given to take action against drug addicts, factionalists, suspicious persons, anti-social elements, suspicious persons.

    Under this campaign, preventive action was taken against a total of 52 people. Under the aforesaid campaign, the station in-charges are continuously patrolling in their respective areas on foot and by vehicle, in all the sensitive areas and crowded areas.

    Mahasamund. The younger brother strangled his own elder brother to death in a mutual dispute in Sarekel village of Patewa police station area of the district. Pateva police received information that Deepak Patel was lying dead on the bed inside the room of his house. There were injury marks on the neck and various parts of the body of the deceased. As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot. When the team looked closely at the dead body, there were injury marks on the body of the deceased.

    On enquiry, the police came to know that the deceased lived with his younger brother Balendra Patel. The police also found scratch marks on the body of Balendra Patel. After this, the team interrogated Balendra by taking him into custody. During the interrogation, at first Balendra tried to mislead the police, but later on when the police strictly interrogated him, he accepted the murder.

    The accused told the police that his elder brother Deepak Patel was under the influence of alcohol on the night of 22 June. In the night, saying that the food was not cooked, he abused and danced. Then on the second day, on 23rd June, at 6 o’clock in the morning, he again started abusing and fighting while arguing. In a fit of rage, he strangled his elder brother to death. Police arrested the younger brother in this case and sent him to jail in judicial remand.

    Mahasamund. Last night in Pithora police station area of the district, the servant had carried out the incident of theft in the house of a grocery businessman. Police have arrested the accused. Two lakh 70 thousand cash has also been recovered from the possession of the accused. Actually, grocery businessman Anurag Agarwal had gone to Raipur to attend the wedding ceremony with his entire family. When he returned late at night, the lock of the house and almirah was broken. He informed this to the Pithora police. The police reached the spot and verified.

    On the basis of suspicion, the police reached the house of 18-year-old Rahul Yadav, an employee working in the shop, and strictly questioned him, then he confessed to the theft. The police have recovered the stolen amount of 2 lakh 70 thousand cash from the house of the accused. Police is taking action against the accused by registering offenses under section 457 380.

    Following this arrangement, 13 district police constables Shishupal Dewan, Uttar Kumar Shante, Lekh Ram Patel, Premchand Sahu, Suryakant Thakur, Rakesh Mahant, Sanjay Kumar Nishad, Kalp Ram Bariha, Virendra Thakur, Omendra Nagvanshi, Hem Chand Patel, Bansi Lal Jangde and female constable Nohri Dhruv were produced for the request. In the jawans presented for request, the transfer related request has been assured by the Superintendent of Police. This arrangement by the District Superintendent of Police is very positive.     Mahasamund. In rainy season, goitre and leg disease are common in livestock of cattle and buffaloes. To avoid this, animals are being vaccinated by the Livestock Development Department by setting up camps and going door-to-door if needed. The villagers are being told through Munadi that free vaccination will be done in the camp. Along with this, medicine will also be given. Deputy Director of Animal Husbandry Department, Dr. R.S. Pandey told that preparations are being made for this before the monsoon.

    Vaccination work is going on at a rapid pace by the assistant veterinary doctor in every village. So far 25 such camps have been organized and this camp will continue till July 15. He has appealed to the cattle rearers and villagers to get their animals vaccinated so that animals can be protected from such deadly diseases. He said that vaccination is free and medicines are also given. The work of vaccination is going on as per the intention of the government. Vaccination work was done for the prevention of Galghotu Ek Tangia disease by organizing a free veterinary camp in village Acholi Mahasamund on 21st June. A total of 701 animals were vaccinated and 31 animals were treated, 40 medicines were distributed, 67 animals were dewormed in the said camp. All field staff of Veterinary Hospital Tumgaon and Dispensary Bhoring were present in the said camp.

The United Church of North India Trust Association filed a complaint in the Tehsil Court with evidence of ground documents. The Tesildar gave the first stay on June 14, 2023 and instructed the Thanedar to take action. The police have not taken action even after the site is next to the police station. Accused occupants Chandra Prabhakar and Chandra Bhushan are now getting illegal construction done faster.

    UCNITA’s Chhattisgarh power of attorney holder Bishop Ajay Umesh James and Secretary Nitin Lawrence have again complained to the authorities and demanded action. In the complaint, the officials of UCNIT said that in violation of the order of the court, the construction of illegal houses is being done at a rapid pace. It is the responsibility and jurisdiction of the Thanedar of Pithora to stop this. He has demanded to register an FIR against both the occupants and establish the crime and present both the accused in the court along with it. Goods used in illegal construction, sand ballast, rods, wood, cement etc. should also be confiscated as per rules.     Mahasamund. A truck crushed a two-wheeler rider near the city’s bus stand. A young man died on the spot in the accident. A truck number CG 06 GL 8866 ran over two-wheeler 18-year-old youth Dilwale Dewar’s father Darshan near the local bus stand at around 11 am on Wednesday. He died on the spot in the accident. The deceased has been said to be a resident of the local Indira Colony.

    According to the relatives of the deceased, the youth was going from Fish Market to Indira Colony on Baya Road. After the accident, the accused driver fled along the Bagbahra road with the truck. After chasing him, the local police caught the truck near Tendukona and parked it in the police station. After the information of the incident, the police immediately swung into action and caught the said truck which was running away after the incident. After the incident, the local police handed over the dead body to the relatives after Panchnama and postmortem.

    Raipur. For the last two-three days, there has been an increase in the temperature of the state. Chhattisgarh is in the grip of heat wave. The mercury is around 45 degrees in most places of the state. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for a dozen districts. In which heat wave alert has been issued in Durg, Rajnandgaon, Bilaspur, Ambikapur, Pendrarod, Balodabazar, Raigarh, Mahasamund, Mungeli, Janjgir-Champa and Jashpur.

Basna police arrested 2 people while transporting 39 cases of Goa special whiskey in a four wheeler during checking of suspicious vehicles on Main Road Bhatori near Basna Bhanwarpur Chowki Bihari Dhaba last night.

    One of the two accused is a resident of Sarangarh and the other is from Basna. Caught checking 39 boxes of whiskey under the seat and in the trunk inside the vehicle Urban Cruiser car. An offense was registered against both the accused under section 34(2) and sent to jail.
