    Businessman’s servant arrested, had stolen 2 lakh 70 thousand cash from home

    Mahasamund. Last night in Pithora police station area of the district, the servant had carried out the incident of theft in the house of a grocery businessman. Police have arrested the accused. Two lakh 70 thousand cash has also been recovered from the possession of the accused. Actually, grocery businessman Anurag Agarwal had gone to Raipur to attend the wedding ceremony with his entire family. When he returned late at night, the lock of the house and almirah was broken. He informed this to the Pithora police. The police reached the spot and verified.

    On the basis of suspicion, the police reached the house of 18-year-old Rahul Yadav, an employee working in the shop, and strictly questioned him, then he confessed to the theft. The police have recovered the stolen amount of 2 lakh 70 thousand cash from the house of the accused. Police is taking action against the accused by registering offenses under section 457 380.

In the jawans presented for request, the transfer related request has been assured by the Superintendent of Police. This arrangement by the District Superintendent of Police is very positive. The employee can keep his point by appearing before the Superintendent of Police with mentally positive thoughts as the date of Friday is fixed for his problem and request.     Basna. In Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh, the police have again taken action against the ganja smugglers. The police have arrested two smugglers while smuggling ganja. The police seized 22 kg of illegal drug ganja from the car from the accused. The value of the seized hemp is said to be Rs 5 lakh 50 thousand.

    The accused have been identified as Mohammad Shahdab, a resident of Raipur in Chhattisgarh and Mohammad Shagir, a resident of Padampur in Odisha. Police took action against the accused under section 20(b) NDPS. The case is of Basna police station area.

According to the information, station in-charge Ashish Wasnik got information from the informer that a person has illegally kept Mahua liquor for sale near the road in village Avalachakka. On which information the team left and took raid action after reaching Aonlachakka at the place mentioned by the informer.

    Where a person was found near the road who was trying to escape, who was sieged and caught and interrogated, the said person told his name to be Mansaram Bariha father Manglu Baria, age 32, resident of Sakin Aanwalachakka police station, Saraipali district, Mahasamund. 10 liters of Mahua liquor has been seized from the possession. ASI Daman Lal Nagvanshi, head constable Jayant Barik constable, Hirendra Bharg, Chandramadi Yadav soldier Sanjeev Yadav, Sanjay Barik Ishwar Rana, and all the police station staff had a special contribution in the entire proceedings.

    Mahasamund. A case of forgery has come to the fore against the deputy sarpanch of Malidih village panchayat of Tumgaon police station area of the district. In which both of them prepared the lease of forest land in a fake way and sold paddy on support price in lieu of that land. Crime has been registered against both of them under sections 420, 467, 471, 468, 34 on the complaint of Collector Tribal Development Branch.

    According to the information, the Deputy Sarpanch has also been the Sarpanch of Malidih Gram Panchayat from 2015 to 2020. In the forgery case, the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Branch officer had made a written complaint at Tumgaon police station. According to which through maladih village resident Dilip Asgar and his wife Kamta Bai, khasra number 829/1 rakba 1.95 hectare and khasra number 829/2 rakba 1.95 hectare of village Malidih forest area, paddy purchase center by fraudulently preparing forest rights patta. Got registered in Tumgaon and sold paddy.

    On January 19, the Collector had formed a four-member team to investigate the matter. The investigation team has told the police in the complaint that during investigation Dilip Asgar and Kamtabai Asgar were asked for the original document of forest rights lease. But he did not present that document. Under these circumstances, the forgery of the concerned was revealed. Now both the deputy sarpanch and his wife are absconding. The police is actively searching for both.
