    Mumbai (IANS) | Actress Parineeti Chopra’s mother Reena Chopra penned an emotional note for her daughter who got engaged to AAP leader Raghav Chadha on May 13.

    Reena shared Parineeti and Raghav’s engagement picture on Instagram and wrote her thoughts for them.

    Reena Chopra wrote: During the journey of your life, you will find many reasons in this world which will make you believe that there is some God sitting up there. I would like to thank all of you who reached here and gave your blessings and wishes for her.

    Parineeti and Raghav’s engagement took place at Kapurthala House in New Delhi and was attended by close friends and family members of the couple.

    After keeping quiet about their relationship for over a month, the couple confirmed it on Instagram on the day of their engagement.

    Raghav wrote: Whatever I prayed. She said yes!

    Mumbai (IANS) | The news of dating of Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha was already coming. His marriage was also believed to be fixed. Now both have taken the first step in this direction by getting engaged. Recently Parineeti was seen wearing a silver band on her ring finger. According to media reports, Parineeti and Raghav got engaged in a traditional roka ceremony in the presence of family and close relatives. It is being told that both will get married by the end of October this year.

    The report states that Parineeti is in no hurry to get married as she is very busy with her shoots. Interestingly, Parineeti’s cousin Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who will soon be seen in the streaming series ‘Citadel’, will be in India in the last week of October to attend the 23rd edition of Jio MAMI Film Festival.

    On the work front, Parineeti will be seen in Imtiaz Ali directorial ‘Chamkila’ opposite Diljit Dosanjh. It is being told that this film is inspired by Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkila.
