  • Due to the negligence of PWD, one life was lost, the minister who proved unsuccessful should resign – Ranjana Sahu

Due to the negligence of PWD, one life was lost, the minister who proved unsuccessful should resign – Ranjana Sahu

Raipur. Chhattisgarh State BJP Spokesperson MLA Ranjana Sahu demanded the resignation of PWD Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu while demanding adequate compensation from the Chief Minister for the death of a milk trader who fell into a road pit between Mangla Lokhandi in Bilaspur due to PWD’s negligence. He said that the PWD had left the pothole open on the road. Due to which this accident happened.

State BJP spokesperson MLA Ranjana Sahu said that neither the Home Department nor the Public Works Department is being handled by Tamradhwaj Sahu. The law and order of entire Chhattisgarh has derailed. The Chief Minister says that the situation has improved in Bastar while his own MLA’s convoy was attacked in Bijapur. All the claims of Tamradhwaj Sahu as Home Minister have proved to be hollow. The performance of his departmental work as Public Works Minister is that the wall of his own official residence collapses twice a year. The condition of the roads of entire Chhattisgarh is dilapidated. The road has turned into potholes. The situation is such that during Chhattisgarhia Olympics, a young player lost his life due to bad road. He could not be taken to Raigad Hospital on time. A player daughter of Bastar also became a victim.

State BJP spokesperson MLA Ranjana Sahu said that people are getting casualties due to bad roads in the entire state. When the issue of the plight of the roads is raised, Public Works Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu shirks his responsibility and makes baseless comments. A citizen of Chhattisgarh lost his life again due to leaving an open pothole on the road. For which the Public Works Minister is directly responsible and Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel is more responsible than him who is not making any arrangements to improve the roads of Chhattisgarh. A compensation of Rs 50 lakh should be given to the family of the person who lost his life due to the negligence of the Public Works Department and the Public Works Minister, who has failed to discharge his duty, should be sacked. If Tamradhwaj Sahu has morality, he should accept his failure and resign himself. When Panchayat department was not handled by TS Singhdev, he resigned. Now Tamradhwaj should follow them.
