    Collector Sinha took information related to cleanliness, construction work, flood disaster prevention, electricity, water, roads, drains etc. basic facilities related to municipal corporation and urban body from commissioner Sunil Kumar Chandravanshi. Discussing the cleanliness system, Collector Sinha said that even after having adequate sanitation workers, cleanliness didi in the Municipal Corporation, the work is not being done as expected. Along with strengthening the cleaning system of the urban bodies of the district including the city, he gave instructions to the corporation commissioner and the CMO of the urban body to start night cleaning. During this, he talked about adopting zero waste method in the municipal corporation and urban bodies. After this, instructions were given to mark the vacant places in the urban body areas and plant large trees. Similarly, it was said to prepare a proposal for the construction of a well-equipped garden at the land field site at Rampur.

    Collector Sinha said that where the city’s garbage was being dumped for years. The mountain of garbage was spread over several acres of land, converting it into a field under Bio Legacy is a big task in itself. It has to be taken care of first as a legacy and as a present and future situation. After this, Collector Mr. Sinha discussed the works related to control of water borne and mosquito borne diseases. He said that water supply pipelines are also laid in between the drains. When there is overflow of water from the drains in the rainy season, supply of dirty water by attaching pipelines to it and spreading of water-borne diseases like vomiting, diarrhoea, diarrhea are in front. That’s why attention will have to be paid from now on to mark such pipeline and repair the problem of pipeline leakage etc. Similarly, in order to control the spread of mosquito-borne diseases like dengue and malaria, it was said to run a public awareness campaign in municipal areas and urban bodies to clean old water filled in coolers, pots, tires etc. Only by this people can be saved from the spread of mosquito borne diseases. Similarly, Collector Sinha discussed the progress of construction works of Municipal Corporation and Urban Body. During this, he gave instructions to Corporation Commissioner Chandravanshi and Executive Engineer Amresh Kumar Lohia to not construct BT road in the Municipal Corporation area and to blacklist the contractors who do not complete the construction works on time.

Shivnandan Dhanuhar was checked and declared dead by the doctor and information about the accidental death was given to Chakradharnagar police station. In connection with the incident, a police station was set up in Chakradhar Nagar and taken into the investigation. During the inquest, the statements of the heirs of the deceased were recorded and the dead body was sent for PM.

    The relatives of the deceased were aware of Shivanandan Dhanuhar and his son Sushil Dhanuhar being addicted to alcohol and often quarreling with each other.     Giving more information about this, Executive Engineer Housing Board Shashikant Sharma said that under the redevelopment plan, the poultry farm located in Kelo Vihar is being shifted. The Housing Board will get about 6.5 acres of land here. In which a housing project will be launched on 5.50 acres. Government houses will be built on 1.25 acres of land. Collector Taran Prakash Sinha took special initiative for the project being prepared under the redevelopment plan. The proposal was prepared after surveying the land. Which was passed and sent to the high powered committee of the cabinet before the government. From there also the proposal has got the green signal. After which the process of allotment of land has been started. Which will be completed in the next 1 month. EE Housing Board Shashikant Sharma said that preparations are on to start the project in the next two months with the architect’s plan.
