    The Project will help in development and operation of 600 model schools

    Raipur. On the initiative of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the World Bank has sanctioned an amount of Rs 2460 crore to improve quality of education and infrastructure in the schools of Chhattisgarh and to encourage science and commerce education at the higher secondary level. Nearly 40 lakh students coming from poor and weaker sections of the society will be benefited from this project.

    It is noteworthy that Swami Atmanand English and Hindi medium Schools have been opened in the state to provide quality education to the students of underprivileged communities. In addition, many innovative initiatives are also being taken in the field of education. The Chhattisgarh Accelerated Learning for a Knowledge Economy Operation (CHALK) project has been commenced with the aim to improve access to  education across all grades, and to address the growing demand for science and commerce studies at the senior secondary level. Under this project, residential facilities for students and teachers will be provided for the schools in remote locations.

    Now with the amount sanctioned by the World Bank, this project aimed at providing housing, increasing the enrollment rate of students in schools, improving the quality education and promoting science and commerce education in secondary schools of the state, to increase the number of science and mathematics teachers, to strengthen the necessary infrastructure in laboratories, and to provide accomodation facilities to the students coming from remote areas to study will be be implemented.

    600 model schools to be developed and operated in the state

    This World Bank project will help develop and operate about 600 model schools from class 1 to 12 and encourage science and commerce education at the secondary level. Trained teachers, strong leadership and adequate infrastructure for learning management will be provided in the schools. The project will help in compensating the learning loss during COVID-19. Under the project, teachers will be provided training to make the classroom lessons fun-learning and engaging experience for the students. This project will enhance the employability of the youngsters and also create better employment opportunities in the fast growing manufacturing and service sectors in Chhattisgarh.

    Raipur. 25-year-old Daulat Ram Yadav’s father Shambhu Yadav, village Bhatbhera police station Suhela, district Baloda Bazar, died due to factory negligence at Sunrise Tank Private Limited Company, Urla, at 3:30 pm on June 25. The post-mortem of the dead body was done at Raipur AIIms. When Aam Aadmi Party Youth Wing’s Raipur District President Virendra Pawar got the information about the said incident, he along with his youth colleagues reached AIIMS Hospital. Virendra Pawar told that he saw that there is a crowd of touts on death. In which there were leaders of some labor organizations as well as those of BJP, Congress and other parties. Those who wanted to end the case by getting 1-2 lakhs to the victim’s family.

    Aam Aadmi Party youth wing colleagues took the lead and called the father of the deceased from the victim’s family and made them talk to the management team of the company. Then somewhere the management of the company agreed to pay Rs 17 lakh to the father of the deceased. It may be noted that the deceased was the sole breadwinner for his parents. The deceased was about to marry his sister in a few days, now all the responsibility has fallen on his 60 year old father.

    On behalf of Aam Aadmi Party, Youth Wing District President Virendra Pawar, Paduman Sharma, Manish Sarathi and Vikas Das Manikpuri played an important role in helping the family of the deceased. At the same time, the team of Youth Wing was in constant contact with State President of Youth Wing, Ravindra Thakur and Santosh Yadu. About 25-30 people from Balodabazar heartily blessed Aam Aadmi Party for this work. AAP youth wing has expressed the hope that all the allies of the state will together stop the brokerage on the death of Congress BJP.

    Raipur. In view of the negligence in checking the answer sheets of 10th and 12th board exams, 7 teachers who checked the answer sheets of class 10th have been banned. Mashimam (Board of Secondary Education) has deprived the teachers of remunerative work. These teachers were deprived till 31 May 2026. It is also being recommended to stop the increment of teachers. Mashim decided to ban increasing the marks in the copies checked by the teachers and increasing more than 50 marks in the evaluation.

    In fact, the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has blacklisted more than 100 teachers in view of the negligence in checking the answer sheets of the 10th and 12th board exams. And some have been blacklisted forever. Along with this, one year increment of teachers has also been stopped.Secretary of Board of Secondary Education V.K. Of. Goyal informed that 101 teachers who were negligent have been blacklisted for three years.

    51 teachers of class 12th and 30 teachers of class 10th have been blacklisted for increasing 20-40 marks in revaluation. On the other hand, 2 teachers of 12th and 8 teachers of 10th have been blacklisted for increasing 41-49 marks. On increasing the marks above 50, 3 teachers of 12th and 7 teachers of 10th have been blacklisted forever. Along with this, one year increment of these teachers has also been stopped.

Accused Bhavesh Patel uploaded obscene videos related to children from his mobile phone while living in Police Station Civil Line area and was circulated on social media. On which, under the leadership of Station House Officer, Civil Line, the team of Police Station, Civil Line, traced accused Bhavesh Patel, arrested him and seized the mobile phone used in the incident from his possession.
