On the morning of 23.05.23, the applicant went to the shop with Rs. 5,85,000 in cash in a gray color bag from his home and opened the shop at around 11.50 a.m. and kept the cash along with the bag in the shop’s gutter, at the same time there was a crowd of customers and workers in the shop. The applicant was alone in the shop and was transacting goods. About 10 minutes after the applicant had kept the cash amount in the neck, opened the neck again, took out a bundle of Rs 10 cloth from the bag kept in the neck and kept the bag again.     Separate teams have been formed and sent to several states to trace other accused involved in the case. All possible efforts are being made to recover the amount and to arrest the other accused involved in the case in the direction of financial loss caused to the bank by the accused.
