    While removing the stay order during the hearing on Tuesday, the High Court termed the petition as baseless and dismissed it. Advocate General Satish Chandra Verma, Additional Advocate General Chandresh Srivastava and Deputy Government Advocate Vikram Sharma presented the case on behalf of the government. With the dismissal of the petition, the hurdle in setting up the ‘Gems and Jewelery Park’ of the government has been removed.

A new DI water supply pipe line of 78 km has been laid in its command area.

    About 5600 new domestic tap connections were given free of cost. Water supply is to be started in the above mentioned areas from this new tank. For this, the main 600 mm distribution line of old Baron Bazar tank has to be connected with another 400 mm diameter distribution line. For this two interconnection work has to be done. Work will start at 09 am. That’s why there will be no evening water supply from the old Baron Bazar tank on 23rd. The next day i.e. on June 24, water will be supplied at regular time in the morning.

Giving detailed information in this matter, Forest Officer of Raipur Forest Division Mr. Vishwesh Kumar said that felling was being done in private land by Prakash Davda and Chinmay Davda in village-Navagaon, tehsil-Abhanpur. Action was taken as soon as the information was received.

    During the inspection, it was found that the work of construction of farm and illegal felling of trees was being done by Davda in the land of his Bhumiswami Haq. Mr. Thackeray said that the actual area of the land encircled by Mr. Davda would be clear only from the demarcation of the land.

    Recording of the trees cut is being done by the staff of the Forest Department, so that the number of trees cut can be estimated correctly. During the proceedings, the wood obtained on the spot is being transported to Tarri Depot after recording. Presently no cutting was found in the land of Forest Department. Taking collective action by the revenue and forest staff, a small elephant, tractor-trolley, plant and other material engaged in tree felling and transportation work were seized and sent to Abhanpur police station. At present, the process of confiscation of wood obtained from illegal felling in private land is going on in nearby villages. Demarcation proceedings are also being done by Naib Tehsildar Abhanpur and other revenue staff. The work of collecting the forest produce obtained from illegal felling by the staff of the Forest Department and sending it to the depot after recording is going on. Action for search and seizure of illegally stored wood is also being done by the forest staff.

When the elders agreed, he gave his account number instead of the trust. In which the old man deposited the money. The thug told them that there would be a call from Yoga Peeth about the medicines. Since then, elderly Shirish Chandra Agarwal started waiting for a call from the Yoga Peeth. When he did not come, he went to the bank and got the information.

    Shirish Chandra Agarwal, a resident of Danganiya, found the number of Patanjali Yog Peeth on the internet and contacted it. He had a conversation with a doctor. The doctor asked to deposit the money in trust first. He deposited 50 thousand in the given account. After ten days, when he did not get a call, he got suspicious.
