Therefore, by following the prescribed procedure, the process of Aadhaar seeding can be successfully accomplished within the given timeframe, encompassing all registered members within the district.

While ascertaining the deceased by the members of the police team, the deceased was identified as Khamtarai resident Ganesh Sahu father Dashrath Sahu. On which crime number 441/2023 Section 302 Bhadvi was registered against the unknown accused in police station Khamtarai. Offense was registered.
    On which, under the direction of senior officers, the joint team of Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Thana Khamtarai, in connection with the incident, started making detailed inquiries with the family members of the deceased and the nearby people to trace the unknown accused. CCTV installed at the scene of the incident and its surroundings by the members of the team. Along with observing the footage of the cameras, informers were also appointed to trace the unknown accused in the case. Efforts were being made by the team members to ascertain the identity of the unknown accused involved in the incident while doing technical analysis and also through other received evidences to ascertain the identity of the unknown accused.

    Meanwhile, the team members got information that the deceased was last seen with Bhupendra Banjare, Aishlal Kurre and Santosh Kurre, residents of Khamtarai. And finally the deceased Ganesh Sahu was told to be murdered.

    During interrogation, the accused said that they were unfamiliar with the deceased Ganesh Sahu and on the date of the incident, the deceased Ganesh Sahu was sitting alone at some distance from the scene of the incident and was using his mobile phone. Asked to light the torch in the phone, on which the deceased gave his mobile phone to Aishkumar Kurre. Aishkumar Kurre took his mobile phone and went near the spot of incident. After which, after the deceased asked for his mobile phone back from all three, the accused in a fit of rage assaulted the deceased Ganesh Sahu by saying that he would not give back his mobile phone and kept it near the scene of the incident, hitting the deceased on his head and face with a stone and killed him. And fled with his mobile phone. After arresting the three accused, action was taken against the accused by seizing the mobile phone of the deceased and the stone used in the incident.

    Both the accused were arrested and action was taken against the accused by seizing the stolen i20 car number CG 04 JC 8222 Jumla worth about Rs.3,00,000/- from their possession.
