    7 trains canceled for today and tomorrow, know the reason

    Raipur. Traffic less power block will be taken in Bhilai Nagar-Bhilai of Raipur Railway Division of South East Central Railway, due to which seven trains have been canceled today and on June 23. Similarly, in the Rayagada-Vizianagaram section of Visakhapatnam Railway Division of East Coast Railway, work will be done by taking traffic cum power block. Due to development works, Railways has canceled the trains running through Chhattisgarh. And some trains will run late. Railway officials told that traffic less power block will be taken between Bhilai Nagar – Bhilai, due to which work will be done from 1 to 6.40 pm on June 23. During this, work of girder launching and box pushing of road under bridge will be done. Due to this work, the operation of some passenger trains will be affected.

    Train number 18240 Itwari – Bilaspur Express will remain canceled from Itwari on June 22.

    Train number 18110 Itwari-Tatanagar Express will remain canceled from Itwari on June 22.

    Train number 08701 Raipur – Durg MEMU Passenger Special will remain canceled from Raipur on 23rd June.

    Train number 08702 Durg-Raipur MEMU passenger special will remain canceled from Durg on June 23.

    Meeting held regarding safe operation of trains in Raipur Railway Division

    Raipur. Today, an online safety seminar was organized by the Safety Department of South East Central Railway Raipur Railway Division with the employees of Operations, Electrical Operations, Mechanical, Signal and Telecommunication and Engineering Departments for the safe operation of trains. In which the following points were discussed.

    Precautions to be taken to avoid spade, precautions to be taken during shunting, process of disconnection and reconnection and precautions to be taken while opening relay room, summer precautions to be taken by engineering department, precautions to be taken related to pre monsoon Analysis of recent accidents, performance of fire extinguishers.

    In this safety seminar, DN Bishwal / Senior Divisional Safety Officer / Raipur, J. Of. Patra/Assistant Divisional Safety Officer/Raipur and a total of 47 people including safety consultants, supervisors and field staff participated in the safety seminar.

Traffic less power block between Bhilai Nagar – Bhilai of South East Central Railway Raipur Railway Division will be taken from 01.00 hrs to 06.40 hrs on 23rd June 2023 in which girder launching and road under bridge box pushing work will be done, work of above upgrade The level crossing gate will be done at Kamak 442 (Km.859/17-19) at Supela Gate. Under which the operation of some trains will be affected.

    2. Train number 08702 Durg-Raipur MEMU passenger special will remain canceled from Durg on June 23, 2023.
    3. Train number 18109 Tata-Itwari Express will remain canceled from Tatanagar on 22 June 2023.
    4. Train number 18239 Korba-Itwari Express will remain canceled from Korba on June 22, 2023.
    5. Train number 18240 Itwari – Bilaspur Express will remain canceled from Itwari on 22 June 2023.
    6. Train number 18110 Itwari-Tatanagar Express will remain canceled from Itwari on June 22, 2023.
    7. Train number 08730 Raipur Durg MEMU Passenger Special will remain canceled on June 23, 2023.

    Train to be rescheduled-

    (1) Train number 12808 Nizamuddin-Visakhapatnam Express will be rescheduled for 03 hours from Nizamuddin station on 22nd June, 2023.

    Train running on diverted route-

    (1) Train number 15232 Gondia-Barauni Express will leave Gondia on 22 June 2023 via the diverted route Nainpur-Jabalpur-Katni. This train will remain canceled between Gondia-Uslapur-Katni.
