    Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat will be on a five-day visit to Rajasthan from June 4.

    Kshetra Sanghchalak Dr Ramesh Agrawal said Bhagwat will reach Hindaun in Karauli on the night of June 4 and will stay at a training camp of RSS volunteers till June 7. On June 8, he will go to Udaipur to attend another training camp.

    Bhagwat will stay in Udaipur till June 9.

Bauli police station has executed the action in the case of kidnapping and raping its own minor sister. In the case, the Bauli police station has arrested the son of the aunt of the accused victim. The proceedings were executed in Sawai Madhopur.
    Giving information, Bauli police station officer Harwant Singh Randhawa said that on March 31, 2023, a resident of a village in Bauli police station area had lodged a complaint of kidnapping of his daughter. The victim’s father had accused Chauth’s Barwada area resident of kidnapping his daughter. After which the Bauli police station arrested the minor girl after two days. A minor girl gave a complaint against her maternal uncle’s son for raping her in Jaipur. On which the police station registered a case under different sections of rape and kidnapping under the POCSO Act.
    After registering the case, a team was formed under the direction of SHO Harwant Singh Randhawa. With the help of informers, the Baulli police station arrested the accused from Sawai Madhopur. At present, the Bauli police station is engaged in questioning the accused. SHO Harwant Singh Randhawa told that under the direction of District Superintendent of Police Harshvardhan Agarwala, the action will continue continuously under the campaign for the arrest of the absconding and wanted accused.

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the Congress during a rally held on Wednesday in Ajmer as part of the BJP’s “Jan Sampark Abhiyan” in celebration of the party’s nine years in power at the central level.

    Speaking during the event, he highlighted significant accomplishments of his administration while criticising Congress for suspected corruption in the years before to 2014. While pointing at Congress party, he said that they are looting each and every citizen of the country and remarked that it takes 85% commission in development works.

    He recalled the statement of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and said that if the Congress government distributes 100 paise for the wellbeing of the people, 85 of those paises went m towards corruption. The party that receives an 85% commission in every scheme is the Congress.
    The prime minister highlighted that there has never been a lack of funding for national development projects. However, he emphasised the significance of using the money the government sent for development projects. He claimed that the corrupt system “created by the Congress” while it was in power was depleting the nation’s resources and impeding its progress.
    Additionally, the opposition, notably the Congress, was also singled out by the PM for its opposition to the opening of the new Parliament building. He added that the efforts of 60,000 workers, as well as the sensibilities and ambitions of the nation, have all been disrespected by the Congress.

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi offered prayers at the Brahma temple in Pushkar on Wednesday. Later, he is set to address a rally in poll-bound Rajasthan’s Ajmer district.

    The rally comes as a celebration of the completion of 9 years by the Bharatiya Janata Party at the Centre. After reaching Rajasthan PM Modi offered prayers at the Prajapati Brahma Temple, visited the ghats and later he will address a public meeting in Ajmer’s Kayad, according to party leaders.
    Rajasthan to go to Assembly polls this year

    Rajasthan is slated to go to Assembly polls this year, BJP’s focus will be on 45 assembly seats in 8 Lok Sabha constituencies of the state. This is the sixth program of PM Modi in Rajasthan in the last eight months.

    According to Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore, lakhs of people and workers will gather in this meeting from 45 assembly seats in eight Lok Sabha constituencies including Ajmer and Jaipur.

    This BJP event comes soon after the Congress held discussions with Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot in the national capital on Monday night ahead of the assembly polls later this year.

    “Maha Jansampark”

    PM Modi will launch “Maha Jansampark” by addressing a public meeting in Ajmer, Rajasthan. Under this Maha Jan Sampark, scheduled to be held from May 31 (today) to June 30, extensive public programmes will be done across the country after the completion of 9 yrs at the Centre.

    Over 51 huge rallies, public meetings at more than 500 places, and over 600 press conferences in over 500 Lok Sabha and 4000 Vidhan Sabha constituencies will be conducted along with over 5 lakh distinguished families will be contacted.

    Sharing details of the programme, which is the largest outreach in BJP’s history, party national general secretary Tarun Chugh, coordinator for the programme, said, “A total of 288 top BJP leaders and 16 lakh party workers will interact with voters at ten lakh booths and 144 clusters covering all Lok Sabha seats to deliver the message of achievements in nine years of the party’s rule at the Centre.”

    “As part of the campaign, party leaders will meet 1,000 eminent families per Lok Sabha segment, and conduct 51 mega rallies across India, along with seminars with teachers, social media influencers and other distinguished citizens,” Tarun Chugh said while addressing a press briefing.

    Enlightened Conference will be organized in all Lok Sabha with intellectuals. This program will also be organized on June 25, the anniversary of Emergency Day, in which a documentary will be shown on how Congress destroyed democracy.

    Door-to-door public meetings

    Door-to-door public meetings will be undertaken from June 20 to June 30, in which all the leaders, office bearers and workers including Union ministers and national office bearers will participate.

    As part of the campaign, a two-wheeler tour, spanning eight days, in the assemblies across the country will also be conducted.

    During the 8-day district-level two-wheeler Yuva Yatra in more than 4,000 Vidhan Sabhas, programs like Nukkad Sabhas, sports competitions, and felicitation of young achievers will be organized at the main places of the city, villages and mohallas.

    PM Kisan Nidhi Beneficiaries will be contacted and meetings will be held with the presidents of various farmer producer organizations. Village Chaupal will be organized at mandis with SPO village head sarpanch under Gram Chaupal Gram Sabha will be organized with unorganized labourers.

    A Tribal Gaurav Yatra Morcha is also on the cards, which will contact the beneficiaries of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes across the country. Tribal Gaurav Yatra will be taken out at the district level, and programs will be organized under the program of the day including Lord Birsa Munda, which will be organized with the representatives of Scheduled Tribes.

    Beneficiaries of the backward class will be contacted at the booth level. In this program, direct contact will be made on all the 10 lakh booths of the country, and 10 crore people of India will be connected with this program.

    16-Year-Old NEET Aspirant Commits Suicide In Rajasthan’s Kota, Fifth This Month

    A 16-year-old NEET aspirant allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan at her uncle’s house in Kota Thermal Power Plant colony here on Saturday, police said.

    The deceased has been identified as Sakshi Choudhary, a class 11 student, they said.In a suicide note recovered from her room, the teen held no one responsible for the suicide, however, her family members stated that average performance in her class 10 board exams could be the reason behind her extreme step, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Kunhari) Shankar Lal said.

    The latest incident is the fifth suicide case by a coaching student in Kota this month and the tenth this year so far.

    Choudhary, a resident of Tonk district, lived with her two sisters at her uncle’s house in Kota and was preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) at a coaching institute here, he said.

    The body was handed over to the family members after post-mortem and a case has been lodged under section 174 of CrPC for further investigation, DSP Lal said.

    Last year, 15 coaching students died by suicide in the coaching hub. More than 2.25 lakh students are estimated to be taking classes in various coaching centres in the city this academic session to crack entrance exams of medical and engineering colleges.

    A Court in Rajasthan’s Alwar District today found 4 persons guilty in the 2018 Rakbar Khan Lynching Case. The Court has acquitted one accused as the prosecution failed to prove a case against him. All 4 convicts have been sentenced to 7-7 years in jail.

    Additional District Judge Sunil Kumar Goyal convicted Naresh, Vijay, Paramjeet and Dharmendra under Section 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint) and 304 IPC (Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder). On the other hand, Court gave a benefit of doubt to another accused Naval.

    In 2018, Khan was beaten to death by a mob, purportedly comprising several Gaurakshak, on the suspicion that he was smuggling cattle.

    Essentially, Aslam and Rakbar were on their way to their village in the Bharatpur district with cows when they were allegedly lynched by a mob. Though Aslam somehow escaped after saving his life, Rakhbar was thrashed brutally.

    After some time, the police reached the spot and took the injured Rakbar and the cows into custody and rushed Rakbar to the nearest Hospital, wherein he was declared brought dead.

    Jaipur (IANS) | A court in Rajasthan’s Alwar district on Thursday convicted four accused in the 2018 Rakbar Khan mob lynching case. The court acquitted one of the accused as the prosecution failed to prove the case against him.

    Additional District Judge Sunil Kumar Goel convicted Naresh, Vijay, Paramjeet and Dharmendra under sections 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint) and 304 IPC (punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder).

    The court gave benefit of doubt to another accused Naval.

    It is noteworthy that Khan was lynched to death in 2018 by a mob on suspicion of cattle smuggling, which allegedly included several cow vigilantes.

    Dharmendra Yadav, Paramjeet, Vijay Kumar and Naresh Kumar have been convicted under IPC sections 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and 341 (wrongful restraint), said special public prosecutor Ashok Sharma. Naval Kishore is acquitted due to insufficient evidence against him.

    The maximum punishment could be life imprisonment, he said.

    Rakbar (31) was transporting cows on foot along with 32-year-old Aslam Khan on the intervening night of July 20-21, 2018. They were allegedly stopped by villagers at Lalwandi under Ramgarh police station in Alwar.

    Rakbar was severely assaulted and died a few hours later, while Aslam managed to escape. He was going to his village Kolgaon in Haryana, about a dozen kilometers away from Lalwandi.

    Rakbar’s death sparked outrage in the area, leading Rajasthan’s top police administration, including the then Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria, to visit the scene and order a judicial inquiry.

    NEET coaching student commits suicide

    Jaipur (IANS) | A 16-year-old student from Bihar, who was preparing for the national level medical entrance exam NEET, committed suicide in Rajasthan’s Kota. Police said on Thursday that he had come here for coaching about a year ago. The student was living in Kamla Udyan area of Kunhadi police station area of Kota.

    According to sources, he hanged himself in his room on Wednesday night.

    In the preliminary investigation, letters written to a girl have also been found in the student’s notes.

    The dead body has been kept in the mortuary. Further investigation has started.

    Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Shankar Lal said that 16-year-old Aryan was a resident of Khojpura in Nalanda district of Bihar. He was a class 12 student and was also preparing for NEET.

    On Wednesday evening after coming from coaching, he went to his room and locked himself from inside. Meanwhile, the relatives called Aryan, but he did not pick up the call.

    After this, the relatives called the warden of the hostel. The warden knocked on the gate of Aryan’s room which was locked from inside. If the gate did not open for a long time, the police was informed. When the police reached the spot by breaking the gate around 9 pm, Aryan was found hanging from the fan in his room.

    He was taken to MBS Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. After this the police informed the family members.

    Significantly, this is the fourth time in 24 days in May when a student preparing for the competition has committed suicide. Between May 8 and 11, three students had committed suicide. Three out of four suicides are from Kunhadi police station area.

    Officials said that 10 cases of suicide and attempted suicide have been reported in the last five months.

    Jaipur (IANS) | A woman was killed by her relative for allegedly not talking to her in Talwadi area of Rajasthan’s Kota district. The police gave this information on Wednesday.

    DSP Amar Singh said that the accused has been identified as Narendra. Narendra barged into the house of 52-year-old victim Bhavna with a sword and hid there. Narendra attacked Bhavna repeatedly with the sword, when Vada was trying to defend herself, she suffered injuries on her leg and abdomen. The accused was also injured during the fight.

    People present in the house caught Narendra and handed him over to the police and Bhavna was brought to the hospital, where she died due to excessive bleeding.

    Bhavna is survived by a son and a daughter and an ailing husband. She used to run a medical store after her husband Rakesh Gautam became disabled. Narendra is also reportedly married and has two children. Bhavna’s body has been sent for postmortem.

    Jaipur (IANS) | Hindu migrants from Pakistan who were displaced from government land in Mool Sagar village of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan will now get 40 bighas of land. The district administration has announced this. Some Pakistani expatriates were living with their relatives in temporary houses built on government land, which were removed recently. Along with the BJP, Congress leaders also opposed the move. After this, District Magistrate Tina Dabi decided to allot 40 bighas of government land for these migrants. However, this land will be available only to those having Indian citizenship.
    The collector arranged free food, water and accommodation for them after leaders of parties objected to their removal. These refugees are currently living in night shelters. Food has been arranged for them by the district administration at Indira Rasoi. All 50 families are currently settled in the night shelter.
    After the allotment of land by the Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) in Mool Sagar, very soon these migrants will go to the new place and build huts. City Development Trust Secretary Jagdish Ashiya said that on the orders of Collector Tina Dabi, after marking a place for Pak refugees, he instructed them to settle there in seven days. Under his supervision, a committee was formed by taking Pak refugees along. After this, about 40 bighas of land in the village was reserved for them.
    The UIT official said that there is a plan to settle 250 families on about 40 bighas of land. The UIT will be given on lease to those who have got Indian citizenship. On the other hand, those who have not yet got citizenship, their records will be kept at this place and efforts will be made for their citizenship. As soon as they get citizenship, they will also be given land pattas. At present, these 50 families will be able to build their houses at the new place.
