    Rajnandgaon. The woman first trapped her husband’s boss in the trap of her friendship. Then recovered Rs 47 lakh in cash in several installments on various pretexts. When the victim asked him to return the money, he threatened to implicate him in a rape case. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case of illegal extortion and intimidation against the blackmailer woman. The matter belongs to Basantpur police station area.

    Raipur resident Mithun Banerjee is a regional manager in a pharma company. Some time ago he gave MR job to his company to a young man living in Shanti Nagar area. After this, he started coming to the young man’s house. During this, Mithun Banerjee got acquainted with MR’s wife as well. And both exchanged their numbers. Both of them became friends while talking on the phone. During this, the woman took a total of 47 lakh rupees alternately by giving coaching, sometimes child’s illness and sometimes heart attack. Every time the woman used to arrange the amount after some time and promised to return it together and by assuring her, she used to ask for more money.

    When Mithun Banerjee asked for the money back, the woman kept saying that for a few days, she would arrange the money in a short time and return the money. Still the woman did not return the money and her attitude changed. When Mithun demanded the money back, the woman threatened to implicate him in a false rape case. Due to which Mithun Banerjee gave a complaint against the woman in Basantpur police station. On which the Basantpur police has registered a crime of extortion and threatening against the accused woman and the search is on for the arrest of the woman.

The victim Madhav Mal Ahuja told that he had received a call from an unknown person on his mobile number in the past.

    The person described himself as a broker of Capital Stroke Company of the stock market. The accused gave them complete information about share trading and promised 20 per cent daily profit on the amount invested. The victim fell for his trap, after which, as per the demand of the accused, a total of Rs 5 lakh 80 thousand was transferred to the account of the accused through UPI. After the concerned person stopped picking up the phone. After which Madhav Mal realized the fraud.

In which there is about 77 lakh 50 thousand rupees and the accused thief Naresh’s father Unclenu has been arrested and taken to Nagpur.
