    Surajpur. Speed havoc continues in the district. A speeding car ran over four people at different places. All have suffered serious injuries. After that the car also hit a cattle, due to which the cattle died. The treatment of the injured is going on. On the other hand, the accused has fled leaving the vehicle at Vishrampur police station. This matter is related to the Kotwali police station area of Surajpur.

    According to the information, another car coming from Baikunthpur under the Kotwali police station area of district headquarters Surajpur hit four people at different places last night. Everyone has suffered serious injuries in this accident. A cattle has also died due to the collision of the same car. The car rider reached the toll plaza there and opened the gate next to it with the help of his colleague and ran away.

    This incident has been captured in the CCTV camera installed in the toll plaza. The people in the car are clearly visible in the CCTV footage. After fleeing from the toll plaza, the accused fled leaving his vehicle at Vishrampur police station. Otherwise the number of the car in which the accident took place. CG29-AD-7150 is black in colour, the vehicle is said to be of Vishrampur. The treatment of the injured in the accident is going on in the district hospital. At the same time, the Kotwali police have registered a case and started searching for the car driver.

    Surajpur. The police have arrested an accused in the murder case that took place four days back in Kudargarh area of the district. In fact, on June 14, a person was informed at the Kudargarh police station that a dead body of a person was lying near the waterfall of Maa Bageshwari Kudargarh Dham, after which the police reached the spot and sent the dead body for post-mortem. The deceased has been identified as Imran Khan of Kotma area in Madhya Pradesh.

    After the report of murder in the post-mortem report, the police registered a case under section 302 of the IPC and started investigating the matter. In the investigation, the police came to know that the deceased had come to Kudargarh with the family of his childhood friend Santosh Domar, on the basis of which the police interrogated Santosh in custody and he confessed his crime. The accused told that he killed his childhood friend Ibrar as he suspected the deceased Ibrar of having an illicit relationship with his wife. At present, the police have registered a case of murder against the accused Santosh and sent him to judicial custody.
