During the investigation, if illegal mining and transportation of mineral stone, ballast, mud, sand, brick, sand etc. is found, the machinery and vehicles involved in such works are being seized and a case of illegal mining and transportation is being registered, and penalty will be imposed. Recovery is also being done.

    In the month of June 2023, till June 22, 2023, the departmental team and the task force constituted in the district, while taking action against 05 vehicles out of total 06 vehicles involved in illegal transportation of mineral stone, ballast, mud, brick, sand, imposed fines on illegal transporters. Amount of Rs.1,04,710.00 has been recovered and filed in treasury and 01 case is under process.
