    Arrested for stealing 20 lakhs from office, Pandri police revealed

According to the information, the applicant Prinsu Dhanuka filed a report in Police Station Pandari that he does trading work and his office is located at Ashoka Ratan Building No. 06, Flat No. 302, Raipur. 04 persons Somendra Kshatriya, Chandrabhushan Dansena (Chintu), Vivek Soni and Sandeep Soni work in the office staff of the applicant, who stay in the office and work there. On 28.05.23 at around 6.00 pm some unknown persons came to the office of the applicant and started talking to Chandrabhushan Dansena alias Chintu. After some time they all left the office along with Chandrabhushan Dansena alias Chintu, in relation to which the applicant had another complaint. Staff Somendra called the applicant and informed him, on which the applicant reached his office Ashoka Ratan and found that Chandrabhushan Dansena alias Chintu had entered into a criminal conspiracy with his accomplices by taking 03 pieces of laptops, 04 pieces of mobiles and cash amounting to about Rs. 20 lakhs kept in the office. Absconded after tax evasion. On which crime number 171/2023 Section 381, 120B Bhadvi was registered against Chandrabhushan Dansena alias Chintu and his other associates in police station Pandari. Offense was registered.
    On which, under the direction of senior officers, the joint team of Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Thana Pandari Police started tracing the accused by making detailed inquiries from the applicant and his other employees regarding the incident. Along with inspection of the incident site by the team members, the CCTV cameras installed at the incident site and its surroundings. Along with observing the footage of the cameras, informers were also engaged in the case to trace the accused. Meanwhile, the team members received important information regarding the presence of the accused in Raigarh, on which the team members left for Raigarh and traced the accused, Raigarh resident 09 accused Chandrakant Nishad alias Chandu, Ajay Mehar, Vivek Darshan, Gulab Ram Dansena, Rakesh Kumar Jharia, Lokesh Kumar Jharia, Ishwar Dansena and Rishi Kumar Dansena were traced and arrested. On the basis of the evidence obtained by arresting all the accused, after strictly interrogating them in connection with the incident, they were told to carry out the said incident of theft with the help of Chandrabhushan Dansena alias Chintu, the mastermind of the theft. After arresting all the accused, action was taken against the accused by seizing the stolen cash amount of Rs.14,00,000/- and 03 pieces of laptop Jumla worth about Rs.15,00,000/- from their possession. The mastermind of the incident involved in the case was accused Chandrabhushan Dansena alias Other 03 accused including Chintu are absconding, every possible effort is being made to trace them and arrest them.

    6. Lokesh Kumar Jharia’s father Late. Uttara Kumar Jharia, age 29 years, resident of Barbhauna Police Station, Chaal, District Raigarh.

    Thieves decamped with silver ornaments and some cash from the donation box of Bhuteshwar Mahadev temple, Dharopa, which falls under the Anni subdivision on Friday night.

    The miscreants also broke the CCTV cameras and stole the entire backup.

    According to the police, the miscreants entered the temple by breaking the lock. As the temple is at an isolated location and no one lives nearby, the incident came to light on Saturday morning.

    Baloda Bazar. Two vicious women accused of roaming around in Balodabazar Nagar have been arrested. Disclosing this, the police officer said that the female accused were identified from the CCTV cameras installed under the city surveillance system.     Three stolen bikes were recovered by the police from Parwanoo and Subathu with the arrest of one person last evening.

    Solan SP Virender Sharma said two juveniles associated with the crime had also been identified. Arrested accused Kunal Panwar (22), resident of a village near Subathu, was a school drop-out.
