    Sacked magistrate dies in suspicious condition

    Gonda. Radha Tiwari (70), who was a Munsif Magistrate in judicial service, has died in suspicious condition. On Tuesday, his dead body was found lying in a rotten condition in the kitchen of his house. On the information of the cousin of the deceased, the police took the dead body into custody and sent it for postmortem. Police and forensic team are engaged in the investigation of the incident.
    Radha Tiwari, a resident of Tari Parwaliya village under Itiyathok police station area, was in judicial service and had been posted as Munsif Magistrate. He was dismissed from judicial service in the year 1998. After being dismissed from service, her mental balance had deteriorated and she had started living somewhat deranged. Presently, she lived alone in her house located at Makarthiganj Bariarpur in Nagar Kotwali area. Radha’s cousin Shanti Swaroop Tiwari said that Radha’s information was not received for the last few days, on which he went to his house on Tuesday to find out about her. Came to the residence at Bariyarpurwa. But seeing foul smell emanating from inside the house, he immediately informed the Nagar Kotwali police.
    When the police reached the spot, the dead body of Radha Tiwari was lying in the kitchen made in her house. The dead body was completely decomposed and foul smell was emanating from it. The police took out the dead body and after filling the panchnama sent it for postmortem. Superintendent of Police Akash Tomar said that on the spot, the city police station and forensic police are engaged in the investigation.

    Fatehpur. In Jehanabad police station area, the dead body of a young man and a girl was found hanging from the noose on Sunday. The police identified them as a loving couple and have started probing the matter by sending the bodies for post-mortem.
    His sister’s daughter Deeksha (25) was preparing for SSC by staying with her younger sister Rakhi and brother Abhi at the residence of Hemant Sachan located in Mohalla Chandagali of Kasba Jehanabad. On Saturday night, Rohan, the son of Deeksha’s aunt’s sister-in-law, brought the loader and stayed there when the night was over. At one o’clock in the night, Abhi’s eyes, who were sleeping on the roof, opened suddenly due to the fall of the cylinder. When he came downstairs and peeped inside the room, Rohan and sister Diksha were hanging from the noose. Seeing this scene, brother Abhi wakes up sister Rakhi. Rakhi called her father Mahendra and narrated the entire incident. Deeksha’s father Mahendra reached the spot and informed the Jehanabad police station about the incident.
    Police reached the spot and took both the bodies in their possession and sent the bodies for postmortem. Police have started investigating the incident by taking Diksha and Rohan’s mobile in their possession from the spot. Jurisdictionary Sushil Dubey told that Diksha was doing SSC coaching while staying at her maternal grandfather’s place. In the inquiry, prima facie the matter of love affair between Rohan and Deeksha has come to the fore. Deeksha was living in Jehanabad for the last eight months. Advance legal action will be taken after the post mortem report comes.

Two youths riding a motorcycle died after coming under the grip of these vehicles. Police reached the spot and started investigation. According to the information, this accident happened near Awadh Petrol Pump Budhwal Crossroads. The speeding trailer (UP 32 QN 6389) coming from Lucknow side with Maurang Ladkar crossed the divider and reached the other track. Then another trailer coming from the front collided with the truck. Meanwhile, Ghazipur resident Raju (36) and Kalyan, who were riding a motorcycle between the two vehicles, died. Both the youths are being told as brother-in-law in the relationship. According to information received from the police, he had come on a motorcycle to Amoli Kala village in Barabanki for a marriage function. After the completion of the program, he was going to his in-laws house in Hasnapur by bike. Both died in a road accident on Sunday. The driver of the trailer was also injured in this accident. His condition is also said to be critical. Ramnagar police station in-charge Shivnarayan Singh said that two youths died in the accident on Sunday. The information about the incident has been given to the family of the deceased by sending the bodies for post-mortem. The police is probing the incident.
